The food server Maxx did an excellent job preparing a salad for the first time and exceeded expectations with engaging me in... conversation while waiting to pick up my order. The cashier (Caleb?) and the other (did not catch name) were also very friendlyand recommended another pizza to try for future visit. The salad and wings I ordered were amazing also! A couple negatives; thewait time was 40 minutes instead of 20, the flatbread crust was almost fully burned, and the prices were a little unreasonablegiven the food quality, nevertheless the customer service was rockstar and made up for the negatives! The people there are so wholesome!! I don?t her name but the girl who works nights is awesome!! She is always so respectful and... she follows all the rules!! I buy beer and vuse vapes from there regularly and she is always cordial and she is awesome!! Allthe other night staff is awesome!! I always leave satisfied and happy!! Casey's in itself is a great business, however everytime I order from here, they are ALWAYS out of a condiment. Another thing I... dont like is the chicken comes automatically with whatever sauce you want already on them. I feel that you should have an optionof whether you want the sauce on the chicken or on the side. Read more
I have had several disappointing visits to Casey's in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Every time I have an issue no one in the store seems... to be able to do anything. I have been told multiple times that a manager will be in contact with me, yet I have never receiveda call from one. I messaged the company on Twitter for an issue I had with their pump that cost me about $20. I was basicallytold Casey's as a company will do nothing. Poor customer service will keep me from returning to this location or any Casey'slocations in the future. Read more
Absolutely disgusting bathroom. Looks as though it has never been clean! I will avoid this place.
