I'll start off by saying, the staff has always been more than exceptional. I've always had a pleasant experience when... interacting with them, no complaints there. Where we fall short is order accuracy. This has been the 3rd order where thingshave been made incorrectly. Fool me once and all that. I also ran into an incident where I placed an online order, was charged,but didn't show on their system. The manager was quick to fix the issue. Again, my issue isn't with the staff necessarily. Butthe consistent order issues is the one thing needing genuinely addressed. In store ordering at this location is the way to go. Read more

Once the trainers from other areas left after opening this place got a dose of that good old fashion bellefontaine fast food... lifer. It has quickly gone down hill. They refuse to chop peppers and onions and literally have not had any available the last 5times I tried to go here. Like all other fast food places here it's no longer like a normal chain just a bottomless pit ofmiddle aged despair. Read more

This store will no longer receive my business. The past 3 times, in four month period, this store has been out of a product. 1st... time - store was out of vinaigrette dressing with employee saying that only the manager can make the dressing and he/she was notin. 2nd time - store was out of lettuce. How difficult is it to go 1/4 mile and go to Kroger to get lettuce. 3rd time (today)- store was out of chips and fajita veggies. Also waited in line for 15 minutes with only a couple and 2 individuals in lineahead of me. Cause? Only one person was doing 3 jobs of taking orders, fulfilling the order and cashing out the order. This iscompletely unsat. I have tried calling (tried again today to verify that vinaigrette dressing available) the number for thisstore that is on the website but it will not let me connect to an employee but only for a automated phone order. It would benice if a sign was placed on the door whenever they are out of something, that way wouldn?t have to wait in line to find outwhat they are missing or allow the phone line to ring through to an actual person. I LOVE Chipotle, but the last 5 times I have ordered for pick-up they have messed up my order each time. Charging me extra for... things I didn't order or me ordering something extra and never getting it. Like extra rice, guacamole or steak and gettingchicken instead. If you're going to charge customers full price, especially a price that recently increased, at least have all items available.... You were out of multiple things. This is a frequent problem at this location. I travel to Dayton daily, and go to two differentChipotles and never have they been out of anything. This is ridiculous. The staff is very kind. The only reason I gave it 2 stars, is because the food was actually good. However, the prices are out of control. She... overcharged us for a side we didn't even ask for, but we didn't figure it out, until we got to the car and looked closer at ourreceipt. They are so inconsistent with portion sizes. A bowl costs the same as a burrito, but has about half of the meat onit. I don't think we will be back anytime soon. Read more

Place an order 20 minutes ahead ready for 11:00am drive through. Hey there waiting in line for 10 minutes. Park go inside said I... have a pickup order from 11:00 instantly says sorry rice cooker down and it?s not ready?.. WELL I DIDN?T GET RICE!!!! Then thereout of fajitas, then I ask for a cup for water, they don?t have ice in the machine. Then I go to fill up water and it sprays allover me because they don?t have the caps on it but laying next to the machine. 7+ people working, store manager said shecouldn?t give credits and she?d have to call her district manager. Worst part about it is I?m watching other people deal withthe same situation and of course they don?t say anything and let it happen Read more

This was our first visit to this location. The staff was nice and helpful. The food was really good. It ended up being more... pricey than I remember but that's OK. My favorite drink when I go to Chipotle is Mr. Pibb. They were out. I ended up getting theorganic lemonade instead with a splash of mandarin agua fresca. That was actually pretty good. I wanted to try the new polloasado. They were out. So altogether not an ideal visit, but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it or anything. Read more
