The entrepreneur who owns this location should either get themselves physically into the kitchen to help or sell this to an... owner who cares. Leaving your store with a skeleton crew angers customers and isn't fair to the employees. It's tough we get itbut if you can't be bothered to pitch in at your location in a labor crunch then you have no business owning a business. We normally have a good experience here. Last time we came (our first time coming for a day shift), the people working were... awful and so was the food they made. We just left this location a little bit ago again, and the crew working tonight was great!All of our food was fresh and good! The gentleman working the register (I wish I would have thought to look at his name tag) wasfantastic! It's 9/7, after 7 p.m., and he had a cross necklace on if that helps to figure out who he is. I almost threw up. I ordered crispy chicken ranch soft tacos and headed home. When I sat down to eat and take my first bite, the... consistency of it was anything but crispy. I opened the taco to look at it and the best I can describe whatever they put inthere looked identical to chewed chicken spit back into a soft tortilla. I'm not saying that's what happened, that is just thebest resemblance I can give. I was so disgusted I threw away all 6 tacos because my brain couldn't think of anything other thanalready chewed chicken. Definitely not going back. Do you live in or near Bellefontaine, Ohio? ???? Great food, great staff! Having come from the original Del Taco country near... Barstow, California, and moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana over four years ago our family was struggling for a Del Taco fix in TacoBell territory. Needless to say we were beyond excited to hear of a newly built Del Taco near us?.even if if is over 2 hoursaway in the adjoining state of Ohio. Sharing our Del Taco story with Tiffany, the manager on duty, she and her staff wereexcited to serve us and provide us with excellent service. A shout out to Tiffany, Amber, Lyndsay and Christian! Very, very good. I had been through Bellefontaine alot the past 6 months & wanting to try it to compare it to Taco Bell. What I... quickly figured out was that comparison would be like comparing Apples to Oranges. 1st I drove up and the menu had so much morevariety. I can't say much about the pricing I'll pay more attention later to it I was overwhelmed between the variety & thecharisma of the guy my taking order, very colorful, very fun, had us laughing, keep up the good work. I think though overall thepricing was on par with the quality. Speaking of quality, pretty doggone good. I had 3 different flavored ????. 2 beef corntortillas, 1 fish flour tortilla, 1 chicken flour tortilla. I think I may have gotten a steak instead of a chicken by mistake,solid just wasn't expecting it, threw me off. Beef was good (could have used a bit more something flavor wise here if I'm beinghonest but not bad), smidgen of spice, tons of quality cheese (both those concepts matter), shells that stayed together when youate them (what a novel concept). But the star was that fish Taco, the tartar sauce was nice, the fish itself was very crispy &tasty it is making my mouth ???? right now. Don't believe the website. The website claims that they are open 24 hours from Friday morning until Sunday night. Not true.... Imagine how unhappy a person might be after a 60 mile trip when they aren't open? Better than Taco Bell Read more
