Writing this review because Hot Head Burritos has been one of the restaurants I frequently get food from. I no longer live near... this location but this location is the best out of all of the ones I've been to. I'm not sure what it is but the employees aremore friendly and the food just tastes better. For me personally I don't care for it but my dad loves the food. No bad experiences just not my go to favorite. My only negative... is they steam the burrito wrap which makes them very sticky when your holding it. Read more

Bellefontaine ohio store.We have been going here several years really like the flavors.However,the skimpy portions are... ridiculous. Pretty sure the 2 people in daytime hours that supervise just don't want to cook up more meat.BTW double meat is nodifferent than regular size here except for price.We have given up and go elsewhere now and does seem less business there.Lazy Read more

Upon entering excited to try a new family owned restaurant, It was like I walked into great value chipotle. I see something good... on the menu, no need to build your own item. Apparently the woman working had never heard of the item so she grabbed a laminatedyet still somehow soggy index card with I assume the ingredients written on it. While making my burrito the soggy flash cardtouched my food a few times and then got returned to its pile, seemed like a clean restaurant but they could use a refresher onfood safety. My first time into Hot Head. Pork Verde for me and it was delicious. Exactly the right amount of food for a meal. The young men... running the show were all taking care of business while I was ate in, impressive. Not often you get checked on while eating fastfood which was nice for a change. This type of experience can be repeated only if it happens once. Today, many businesses sufferfrom quality of service. You will not have that issue here. I'm a regular visitor to the area and we repeat eating with thesegood people with great food. Read more
