Takes too long to get your food inside. I counted 12 vehicles that went thru the drive thru before I got mine.
Ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, a big mac, 2 large fries and 2 large drinks and only got a ten piece, 1 fry and a regular... burger and 1 straw. I have my dog with me so I can't go in to make it right. Not a happy customer today. Read more
Normally I don?t do this, but the way this employee acted this evening was absolutely unprofessional. There were at least 15... cars in the drive-through, no indication that McDonald?s was closed. I waited there for about 15-20 minutes, then went inside toorder, then was told by a female employee that the lobby is closed and to leave. Not please not thank you, nothing. ?The lobbyis closed. You need to leave.? I understand that their staff shortages, and I totally sympathize. But the way this employee andthe whole establishment went about tonight was absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Extremely slow drive thru and they've still yet to open the lobby to patrons. Absolutely ridiculous wait times, it's not unusual... to wait 30-40 minutes to get your food from the time you arrive in the drivethru line. Better off just going to BK next door. Read more
Was in line since about 10:05 for the drive thru for breakfast. By the time we got to the speaker to place our order it was... 10:28. We sat there and waited on them to take our order and it was 1031 when they asked for our order. They said they can?t dobreakfast now since it?s past 1030. We talked to the manager and he made the excuse ?we completely sold out of our breakfast?.They are slow and dishonest. Read more

Waited inside 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. While watching employees getting food before they start working. I seen 3 of them... come in after myself, went right up front told the person behind the counter what they wanted and it was out faster than anyother person that was waiting. Plus no sorry about your wait. All anyone heard from the manager was it's been busy since 6am . Read more
Both of the McDonald?s in this town need new management- at one time they were good. Glad BK next door sticks to their hours of... operation and are consistent? will try McDonalds again in another city, but not here? Read more
