The last guy that left a review must have been high because this MCDONALD'S is slower then molasses. I can deal with the... frustration that it now takes 15 min to get threw the drive threw but my Order is never correct they almost have to be doing iton purpose because its every time. Why is the dining room still closed? My advice, if your reading this review. Go to the newHardies ther hamburgers are so much better its ridiculous and its cheaper. There fries are hot unlike this place, I always askfor fresh fries and there always cold. This is one of the worse McDonald's I have ever visited. Read more
Other than a mix up of what we ordered (which we didn't have time to go back to see if they could correct) the fries were very... fresh and hot which seems so hit or miss with fast food these days so that was a pleasant surprise. The staff was super friendlyand courteous and considering the busy time of day we went they were pretty quick. Read more
Ordered a big breakfast and got this. I also asked for an English muffin but got a biscuit. You cannot tell by the pic very... well, but the eggs are all egg scrapings and a tiny portion at that. Read more
Staff was rude, still waiting for a refund or fries.. simple fries? for 35 minutes. Husband went in to speak with someone and... was ignored for 10 minutes, called in told them to turn around and see to the man who had been waiting and was hung up on and hetext saying they looked at him and walked away. I used a code from their app to get a free medium fry and free medium drink with the purchase of a quarter pounder with cheese.... I did have to pull up and wait, but the sandwich was made fresh and the fries were right out of the fryer. I got a whole mealfor only $4.79. Read more
I was very happy with our experience. There was no eating in due to the pandemic, but we didn't mind. We got our food to go, and... ate out in our car. Our order was accurate. Our food was very fresh. Our fries were so hot we could barely eat them which isperfect. They had really cute Halloween decorations too. I'm not from Bellefontaine, but I will definitely consider thislocation when visiting town. Read more
I Rate this a 3 start. It's not bad, it's not great, it's just doing what it needs to do and that's about it. No one goes above... and beyond no one tried to make your experience better just get your food and go. Which is not always a bad thing so 3 stars.Each time I have went they are pretty good at speed and accuracy so thats a good thing ???? Read more
