I will never come back to this location again. Not at all impressed that I have to stand outside in a drive-through to place my... order. In the rain no less. I have, and I?m sure I?m not the only one who needs to place special orders that your kiosk is notcapable of. Instead of a hi how can I help you when I pushed the button I was immediately told to use the kiosk that is how youorder now. This is not a subway experience. This is something totally different and not at all like a normal subway should beran. Read more

I don't think I will be back. I have forgiven alot but if I order from a brand new kiosk and specifically put NO SAUCE why does... my wrap have sauce? I drove all the way home to Rushsylvania and my wrap was so soggy from them adding sauce i couldn't eat it.Thanks for nothing 0/5 Read more

Super unhappy with this Subway location tonight. Ordered through the app, order was due at 6:55. The dining room is closed, and... they put mobile orders on a rack inside the door. Waited 45 minutes past its due time, and it never appeared. Joined the drivethrough line to try to ask an employee about it, but we gave up after sitting at the speaker for 15 more minutes. I get thateverywhere is short staffed, mistakes happen, orders get lost, and all that. We tried to be patient, but we have 3 hungry kidsin the car, and felt like we were being deliberately ignored, which was very frustrating. Especially since we had paid throughthe app for a dinner we didn't get to eat. We are now eating McDonald's and will probably go directly there instead of trying toget food from Subway again, at least at this location. Read more

I love the drive thru. My sub is always so good. Friendly people that knows their job very well and it shows. The toppings... are very fresh. The bread is delicious. The prices are good. Read more
