Food was great! Appetizer: Spinach dip; was good but didn’t like that there was more dip than chips then the restaurant wanted... to charge for more chips… Chicken Alfredo was good, as well as my drink: Pineapple Express; It’s definitely some alcohol inthat! My boyfriend enjoyed his burger and his drink; The Smoked Old Fashioned. The atmosphere was nice, just business casual..and the restaurant was clean and the restrooms. We were on a roadtrip and stopped here. I had the Eggs Benedict. It had a fried green tomato on it which was a little different... in a good way. It came with potatoes that were amazing! My sister had the Shrimp with grits, very tasty! I also had a peachmimosa, that was also good. Our server Melissa was outstanding! Fabulous experience! *Updated* Went on Saturday evening and as expected the service was amazing. This trip, of course we did the Fried Calamari and... Spinach & Artichoke Dip. Posted a pic of the Calamari for those who like my pics. I did the Thai Lettuce Wraps for my entrée(pic as well). For those who like food with a kick, this menu item is for you. I was NOT disappointed. My husband went for theSchnitzel (new pic added). The pork was moist and tender but he was impressed with the sweet pepper mustard served with it, overall he gave the meal ????????. Read more
This restaurant is amazing!!! The food is phenomenal! Went out to eat with 3 others and all of our food came out absolutely... perfect and tasted next level good. Our server, Lane, was very helpful and extremely kind. All the of the staff was very sweet.The overall atmosphere was great! We came for the brunch and oh my god those sweet potato waffles are to die for. Now we’reexcited to try out the evening menu, because I don’t think you could get a bad thing here. Read more
Absolutely an amazing place. Great staff and the food is outstanding! We were traveling through from Michigan and stopped in.... They were booked solid but made arrangements for us at the bar. Update: I originally posted about the experience our family of 4 had at brunch a couple of weeks ago. It was not the best... experience we’ve had at a restaurant, and I left a 2 star review. The director reached out to me to correct the issue andasked us to give them another chance. Tonight my husband and I did just that, and we were not disappointed at all. Our waitress(Erin I believe was her name) was super friendly and very accommodating. Our drinks never sat empty, she gave us options andanswered any questions we had about the dishes. My husband had the filet medallions, and even swapped the asparagus for greenbeans with no issue, I had The Not Brown and it was delicious. The flavors were awesome, it was rich and had a lot of texture.At the end of our meal we ordered the dessert board and it was also delicious. I’m not a fan of caramel, and I’m not surewhat they did to it but I ate the caramel more than I did the chocolate lol. All in all it was a delicious meal, we loved theservice, and the atmosphere. We also appreciated that this restaurant reached out to fix our previous issue. Most restaurantsdon’t. Thank you for a wonderful evening and The Syndicate will definitely be one of our top choices for date night. Read more
I’m gluten-free, and I was thrilled to see several options on their menu. I landed on the shrimp and grits, and this dish is... delicious. The grits are cheesy and soft and heavenly, and the braised beef short rib in the middle adds an intriguing flavor tothe dish. Our server was sweet and attentive as well. Definitely recommend.
