We ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals, one with a Coke, and the other with a Root Beer. The sandwiches seemed to have more... mayonnaise on them than anything else, including chicken. The fries were tiny and over cooked. The Coke seemed like it mighthave either been a Diet Coke or was extremely low on syrup. The Root Beer was also quite watered down. My husband picked up lunch from here and it was better than it has been in the past. One younger man asked my husband... specifically how he would like our fries well done and did them perfectly. The rest of the food was correct and warm and the popwas fresh. Read more
Why in the world did I just wait in line for over 15 minutes and then get my order taken and I order 2 4 pieces kids meals why... did I sit at the window for another 20 minutes waiting on 2 kids meals for not a single thing in it to be fresh or warm! Fastfood has gone downhill with how it is ran. My first job was fast food and I can tell you if you wanted in line for over 45minutes your food was for sure hot and fresh but I can promise you nobody ever waited in line for over 45 minutes! If i could give one star I would. Me and my husband went through the drive thru and ordered 2 $5 biggie bags and were told to... pull to the forward because they were making fresh fries. We waited 30 mins. We went inside and tried to speak with a man atthe counter and he dodged into the kitchen. So we waited in line. We got to the front and told the cashier we haven't receivedour food and have been waiting 30 mins. A lady with a hideous/ghetto face piercing to match her hideous/ghetto attitudesnatched the receipt from us -I assume was the Manager on duty- she came back seconds later. No "I'm sorry for your wait" or"I'm sorry we forgot" nope. Just chucked the bag on the counter and said "here" and stormed off. Absolutely ridiculous.Contacted corporate. Will not be returning. The manager and crew took great care of our school group of 30 students. They were ready to serve us before we even got to the... restaurant. They checked on us as we ate to be sure our experience was what we expected. I look forward to the next time I canvisit this establishment. Read more
I have to say this location surprised me. It's been awhile since a Wendy's location has served me an ACTUALLY crispy Asiago... Chicken Sandwich. The food was hot, quick, fresh, and everything that we ordered was correct. With the current staff shortageand everyone so overwhelmed they made a great impression today. Read more
Let?s just say giving this Wendy?s 1 star is generous. Have lived in the area for just over a year and it?s the closest sadly.... Every time we go, whether rush hour for lunch or dinner or an ?off meal? time of the day, the food is disappointing. It?s alwaysobvious that our burgers and nuggets have been sitting, fries are never hot and crispy and don?t ask the employees to remakethem because they give attitude. Definitely the slowest drive thru. Always be prepared to wait 15+ minutes even if there aren?tmany cars. We?ve given them plenty of chances but looks like it will be worth our time to drive a bit further to receive foodequal to the paid value. Read more
Ever other time we go "the credit card reader is down" in other words they're only accepting cash and pocketing the money. They... refuse to take the person at the drive through menu's order until the person at the window pulls away ensuring that half thepeople in line give up and leave the line to go somewhere less inept. If you manage to get through the line in under an hour themastodon at the window will grunt at you "here uh go" and hand you a completely botched order with all the grace and couth of adying warthog. You couldn't make this a less horrible experience if you tried. I'd rather drive to Marysville than eat at thisport-o-let. Read more
