I wouldn't even give you 1 star. Google says to give you some credit. I ordered 4 BACON double cheeseburgers with 2 md fries. My... receipt clearly states extra bacon. Clearly your hole in the wall can't read. Also, my family puked up your burgers. Thank you. Read more
If I could give this place a negative star I would. The food has always been good and the manager has always been super nice.... The problem is with certain staff. You better know what you want when you go in there because Alonna gets frustrated if u askquestions and gets annoyed probably because she had to get back to her drive thru. The second time we were in there this samegirl Alonna forgets a hash brown and I said about it and instead of getting it she stands there and wants a confrontation aboutit. I know what we ordered and she then stands there and makes a scene in front of her manager. She then rips the tray out frommy hand slams it over puts a hash brown on it and slams it down on the counter. Had I not been with 2 other people she would?vebeen giving me my money back. She clearly needs to go to some customer service classes or some kind of anger management class. Idid have a discussion with her manager before I left and a phone call to the office will be next. Good and fast. Staff are friendly. My only peeve is that at times they hand you cups that are covered in the drink that's... inside. I usually have to ask them to clean off the cup before taking it from them or for a napkin and I do it myself. Thatshouldn't have to be asked. Read more
