Food was cold. They did not fill the tickets in order but more of a random selection. They had customers locked in and locked... out. Employee was told that was a safety issue and the response was that it was not my idea. 3 months later - 1st time back.Asked for 2 for $5 special and was told expired. Bought 2 whoppers (takeout order which was brought home), at full price.Drenched in mayo and lettuce was brown. Was not told about the new specials, 2 for $6 or any of the other specials that arecurrent. Read more
Ordered a number 2 with just a paddy for a dog and a small fry. Paid for all of that. Had to wait for food. It was cold and they... couldn't give us the sm.fry. Won't go there again Read more
My receipt is correct but again, wrong item. Bacon ordered but they gave me sausage. This has been a common thing. Nothing new.... I'm going to eat it just annoyed. I only complain when I'm missing the patty and only get condiments (yes, that happened),missing food (common), missing sauce (common), I once got a hamburger when I ordered chicken but that was actually McDonalds. Itis everywhere. So I rate fast food a one in general. They git a 2 today since I actually got food, just wrong meat. Read more
First time ordering with Grubhub. I ordered and paid for 2 apple pies. Then get a call that they (Burger King) don't have any... apple pies. Also ordered a original chicken sandwich. THEY CHARGED ME BUT DIDN'T PUT IT IN THE BAG. TYPICAL!!! THANKS FORTAKING MY MONEY AND NOT GIVING ME WHAT I ORDERED. ISN'T THAT THEFT??? ON ANOTHER NOTE. The impossible whopper never fails to make me happy. My stomach typically isn?t the happiest after but it?s quick, good and... filling. Also the customer service at this particular BK was really nice. They ended up taking a bit to get my food out so theygave me a free ice cream. Read more
