Pulled in at 11:20pm, ordered two milkshakes, a sundae and an order of funnel fries. Waited 10 minutes for the milkshakes, no... problem, but one had orange soda or something in it (was supposed to be strawberry banana). The other was supposed to bechocolate banana, but was just chocolate. They did not give us the sundae. We kept the chocolate milkshake without complaint butasked them to remake the other one. Waited 20 minutes in a parking spot, no one came. Walked up to the window, waited another 15minutes at least before being told they couldn?t remake the milkshake because they turned the machines off already, and thesundae had been sitting on the counter the entire time. It was completely melted, was basically a cup of strawberry chunky milk.Mind you this location doesn?t close until 2am. I know late nights aren?t a fun shift, but come on. Let me be clear that the one-star review is not from the way the staff treated me. They provided me the food and they treated me... nicely while giving me the food. The food itself is another story: I ordered three sandwiches with fries and drinks each. Twoof the three sandwiches (The chicken sandwiches) were super dry, mainly because the chicken patties were burned dry. The thirdwas a Baconzilla that didn't have that much bacon on it. Between that, and how expensive this food is, I don't plan on comingback. Read more
Got through the drive through and got our food almost immediately which seemed great at first but realized they overcharged for... a chicken bites box. Unfortunately the food only came out so soon because it was ALL cold. Like not up to temperature cold. Doyou guys just have your burgers and chicken just sitting on a shelf somewhere? Read more
Gave us everything cold but the fries and none of our condiments when we tried to call they just ignored the phone repeatedly.... Staff wasn't the nicest and I'm pretty sure they gave us food that had been sitting for a while. My son's chicken bites and myburger were at room temperature by the time I got to the park down the road. Read more
Staff was rude, chicken patties were absolutely HORRID, it was pretty obvious both the fries and the chicken were dropped a... second time to heat up because both were oil logged and burnt. And the lettuce and tomatoes on the chicken sandwich smelt sourand had to be wiped off and thrown in the trash. Truly the WORST food experience I've have in a very long time. Read more
