While the food and coffee is great, I came in this evening to find 2 girls behind the counter getting slammed. I here from one... that it's been nonstop for 2 hours straight. They've had no help at all and I'm watching these girls stress themselves out tothe point of tears. Got 2 small ice coffees . They messed up gave me hot so instead of making the ice coffee like it should be. They poured the hot... coffee over ice and gave it to me. The ice had already melted and the coffee was extremely waterd down from the ice melted.Needless to say I ended up throwing them away. What lazy employees. Read more
I?m giving one star because there is a nice young man that works at this location. He?s always very pleasant. I think it?s... RIDICULOUS THE PRICE THEY?RE CHARGING for a MEDIUM ICED COFFEE. $3.24. it?s went up a dollar over night. That?s a huge jump ona coffee. Another thing is they keep your change. I don?t care if it?s a penny. I would leave a tip but for them to assume theycan keep my change is absurd. This Dunkin seems to be the only one with large price increases. They are all owned by HARP inMarion County so why is this the only one that has the big increase. I used to enjoy a cup of Dunkin every day FOR WELL OVER 45years.
