While the food and coffee is great, I came in this evening to find 2 girls behind the counter getting slammed. I here from one... that it's been nonstop for 2 hours straight. They've had no help at all and I'm watching these girls stress themselves out tothe point of tears. And I'm baffled ATM by the fact I've just watched a few roaches scurry around back under the food prepstation. I used to work here, horrible to know it has gotten worse. Read more
Got 2 small ice coffees . They messed up gave me hot so instead of making the ice coffee like it should be. They poured the hot... coffee over ice and gave it to me. The ice had already melted and the coffee was extremely waterd down from the ice melted.Needless to say I ended up throwing them away. What lazy employees. Read more
I?m giving one star because there is a nice young man that works at this location. He?s always very pleasant. I think it?s... RIDICULOUS THE PRICE THEY?RE CHARGING for a MEDIUM ICED COFFEE. $3.24. it?s went up a dollar over night. That?s a huge jump ona coffee. Another thing is they keep your change. I don?t care if it?s a penny. I would leave a tip but for them to assume theycan keep my change is absurd. This Dunkin seems to be the only one with large price increases. They are all owned by HARP inMarion County so why is this the only one that has the big increase. I used to enjoy a cup of Dunkin every day FOR WELL OVER 45years. I appreciated the friendliness with which I was greeted by the cashier. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name. The shift... lead/manager could use some lessons on how to greet customers. The counters were filthy. I tried to grab my cup before itcould be set on the dirty counter but was unsuccessful. I didn't mention the lack of cleanliness to anyone at the time of myvisit for obvious reasons. Read more
Pleasant counter personnel. Variety of donuts is disappointing. That's across all Dunkin' stores I've visited. The counters... were extremely dirty. No one was aware of my presence in the store until I made some noise with my keys. The front counterwas not a priority. This is the case in most Dunkin' stores I've visited. Cars actually arrive in the drive-thru AFTER I'm inthe store yet they are given priority. I don't have more time than individuals in the drive-thru. I prefer not to use my gassitting in drive-thrus. Spent $40 here on a mobile order. Stopped at speaker. He didn?t bother to tell me they were out of half my order. Waited another... 15 minutes in line. Got to the window? we don?t have whip cream.? Really? You could?ve said that at the speaker! None of my fourdrinks had whip cream , avocados toast was cold and they forgot half my mobile order. Guess they can?t read.
