Was absolutely disgusted when I walked in to get my order and got screamed at. Food was cold, service was horrible. I walked in... after taking my brother to practice and we stopped for dinner, as soon as I opened the door I was greeted with nasty remarks.That is no way to treat a customer and most definitely not a way to treat student. The cook offered to fry up some new food forus but was stopped by the rude cast member. Never in my life have I had such bad experiences in this restaurant. I was also toldthat they were no longer taking orders yet a couple minutes after if had left they kept taking orders. The cast member walkedoutside and kept talking to someone and left us in the store all alone. I don't think I'm ever coming back out of how upset thisexperience:) I wasted money to be disrespected by a grown man. Read more

I love Hardee's I've been going to this Hardee's in Belleview for 2 years daily for breakfast for myself and my mom. Something... that I have noticed since this new manager has come to the store is that they stopped putting butter on their biscuits in themornings nothing like having a dry biscuit I've made several comments to other people in the store one person Sarah has takencare of the issue and very apologetic. Best mushroom Swiss cheese burger! We Grab it as a meal, changing the fries out for onion rings and get Lemonade without ice.... This burger is covered with cheese, sauce, and loads of mushrooms. Food is cold, bun smells, service is lacking. If you order online, they don't issue a refund when you go to the store to pick up... and find out they're out of the item you ordered. You have to call customer service for a refund. Many other restaurants areable to issue your refund, just not Hardee's. First and last visit. ~Update: In response to the message below, I have calledand left a voice mail, called again no one answers. I also visited the below website and no response.
