Doors were locked at 11:45 am I called twice to see if they were open inside and the lady was very rude after finally answering... the second time I called. I asked nicely ma'am are you guys open and she replied " yes but if you were patient enough maybesomebody would have opened the door for you but unfortunately we are short handed so you'll have to wait". I just left this location at 3:40pm today and the lady who took my order was very rude with no customer service skills & had the... nerve to suck her teeth and say she hates when, then cut her microphone off. All I wanted was a blackened chicken sandwich, mild ???? Fast food workers are getting worse because companies teach them how to use a cash register and how to make food butlack to teach their employees how to provide customer service. The gentleman at the window was very nice and apologized for herrudness. I left and did not buy the sandwich because he stated that she was making the sandwich as well.
