Doors were locked at 11:45 am I called twice to see if they were open inside and the lady was very rude after finally answering... the second time I called. I asked nicely ma'am are you guys open and she replied " yes but if you were patient enough maybesomebody would have opened the door for you but unfortunately we are short handed so you'll have to wait". Who says that to acustomer when it was there mistake for not opening first thing in the morning. Read more
I recently purchased chicken tenders with fries at your Belleview, Florida location and the fries and chicken were not hot as... though they were not freshly cooked. I was very disappointed. The lemonade was good though. I won't be going to that locationagain. Read more
Ordered a 3 piece white (skin so soft I thought it was KFC original) unseasoned and the biscuit was a hockey puck. It's 2 pm why... is it so hard.. Yes the biscuit was harder than the chicken. You got 2 stars only because of the red beans and rice or youwould've gotten 1 star. Almost $12 for basically a small red beans & rice. Customer unsatisfied AGAIN! Read more
Love this Popeyes location! The manager Ashley is the best. Every time we eat here the food is fresh, hot, crispy, and juicy.... It's not super greasy like some of the others. Ashley always makes sure my order is fresh and correct. All the employees hereare really nice. Read more
I just left this location at 3:40pm today and the lady who took my order was very rude with no customer service skills & had the... nerve to suck her teeth and say she hates when, then cut her microphone off. All I wanted was a blackened chicken sandwich, mild ???? Fast food workers are getting worse because companies teach them how to use a cash register and how to make food butlack to teach their employees how to provide customer service. The gentleman at the window was very nice and apologized for herrudness. I left and did not buy the sandwich because he stated that she was making the sandwich as well. I'll add this to thelist of businesses/ business locations I'll never go to again. Teach your employees basic customer service skills Popeyes. Read more
