The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, service was fast and order was hot and accurate.
I ordered 1 baconator no condiments with lettuce and tomato, 1 with condiments made the way it comes, bacon pub fries and a 4... piece kids meal with a chocolate frosty. The baconator that wasnt supposed to have the condiments did and the other had nocondiments, we explained the way we wanted the sandwiches three times. Every SINGLE time I order my sons burger without cheese and every SINGLE time we get it home and it has cheese. Tonight hE was... excited to try the pretzel bacon pub burger and it was absolutely horrible? with the cheese and the beer cheese sauce both ofwhich I asked to have removed. My Asiago chicken sandwich was spicy. I didn?t order it spicy. I didn?t want it spicy. I paidfor bottled water and got cups of water. I was 2nd in line in drive thru the car in front of me ordered and pulled forward and then I pulled up to order a salad but... after sitting there for about 10 minutes I was told that they were out. It wasn't even 8pm yet. And I did call ahead to see ifthey had some and was told they had plenty. Why would any company tell someone the item is available and not even 3 minuteslater you get there and have to go through that to be told that it's not available and they ran out hours ago. Ridiculous. So Ijust went down to Hungry Howie's and they made me a fresh salad and I was in and out in under 6 minutes there. Read more
