The restaurant was clean, the staff was very friendly, service was fast and order was hot and accurate.
I ordered 1 baconator no condiments with lettuce and tomato, 1 with condiments made the way it comes, bacon pub fries and a 4... piece kids meal with a chocolate frosty. The baconator that wasnt supposed to have the condiments did and the other had nocondiments, we explained the way we wanted the sandwiches three times. Every SINGLE time I order my sons burger without cheese and every SINGLE time we get it home and it has cheese. Tonight hE was... excited to try the pretzel bacon pub burger and it was absolutely horrible? with the cheese and the beer cheese sauce both ofwhich I asked to have removed. My Asiago chicken sandwich was spicy. I didn?t order it spicy. I didn?t want it spicy. I paidfor bottled water and got cups of water. I?ve had lots of bad experiences at this Wendy?s but this one tops them all. Read more
I was 2nd in line in drive thru the car in front of me ordered and pulled forward and then I pulled up to order a salad but... after sitting there for about 10 minutes I was told that they were out. It wasn't even 8pm yet. And I did call ahead to see ifthey had some and was told they had plenty. Why would any company tell someone the item is available and not even 3 minuteslater you get there and have to go through that to be told that it's not available and they ran out hours ago. Ridiculous. So Ijust went down to Hungry Howie's and they made me a fresh salad and I was in and out in under 6 minutes there. Read more
Don't order here from Uber eats or anything. They forgot to give the driver my lemonade. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich... they gave me a fried chicken sandwich. Not to mention a bag full of ketchup with no french fries. Complete garbage. Read more
Bought the new spicy chicken sanwhich in Belleview FL and is nothing like the ones I normally purchase in the new Oxford FL... Wendy's instead of fried pickels it's just crumbs from the fried pickels and bacon shriveled up to nothing.. it was without adoubt 1 lazy person that made this sandwich. I will never go back. Wendy's operations are outdated and cause inaccurate orders such as the one received. I asked for no ice in my drink, once... discovered the drink had ice, I handed it back and asked for a new drink. The worker proceeded to dump the drink into theanother cup instead of giving me a new pour as requested. The worker instructed another worker to fill the cup up with themachine un the dining area. As they were there, I explained why, but was not heard. The worker went and filled up the cup. Whenshe came to the window, I repeated my request then explained the situation and was quick to act without delay to get a new fillin a different cup. We had to wait longer than that to have the order completed. When they handed me the 2nd burger, uponinspection, also didn't come as it was specifically requested, with no tomato, no lettuce, no mayo and instead came with all ofit. We had to do some modifying before ingestion. The previous time we visited it was good. ???? So...50/50. Read more
