Cannot say it was a bad experience. There are some areas that need improvement. First off cleanliness is the biggest issue. My... fiance dropped her purse in a gap next to the booth. A quick look to see if she lost anything revealed lots of dust, wrappers,and baggies on the rail. This also could be the cause the numerous flies buzzing around. The food was good but the steaks hadgrease pooled on the plate. The beer was good but $5 for a 12oz glass seemed rather pricey. You make your own beer for Godsakes, don't charge half the price of a six pack for a single can. Read more

We love 4204 beer and drink it regularly, (especially the assalted caramel) so we decided to make a voyage from the city to... check this place out. Their menu is extensive and reasonably priced. We had the rib eye steak (just a tad salty) and the salmonburger. Both were very good. The real star of the show was the fried potato salad. Why is this not a thing anywhere else??Basically they are crispy fried potatoes tossed in potato salad dressing. Very, very delicious. The service was impeccable. Emmawas our server and she checked on us frequently, and did not keep us waiting or wanting. In the city, good service is hard tocome by. You can tell someone trained her properly. We really enjoyed our meal here, and are glad we finally had a chance to trythis place out! Read more

Haven't eaten there yet but know the owners ans very sweet people

Woo hoo! Two customers and two staff on site. Place is clean enough to do surgery in without seeming sterile in any way. Urban... industrial decor ... In a functioning brewery; makes sense. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Got a house beer to start: "theleftovers", the flavor text in the Menü nailed the blood orange and peach that blend together to be the dominant sweet note.The fruit was very present in the head and nose and, was such a treat the way it was balanced. First bite was wet and deliciousbut, developed into a dry that reminded my palate of Chardonnay. As it was talking off around the 30-45 second mark I got astring bitter in the middle right off my tongue that had coffee and a hint of chocolate. I swished the second bite of this, mynew friend, and florals with fruit and a very toasted wheat and hops flooded my mouth. I then settled down to enjoy theenjoyment and, was just in the middle of a lively but if banter with the other gentleman customer when my burger arrived. I wastalking and took a bite without thinking and was stopped in my tracks by the perfectly cooked breakfast burger: wrth thick cutbacon, fried egg, beef that was ground from trimmings from steaks at the main location and cooked perfectly medium rare,exploded into my mouth and literally made me moan louder than I meant to! I got the chips with it and they were lovely andunique but, chips. I was I mess when if finished but, the bathroom was nice and accessable so, cleaning up was no problem. Ipaid, a reasonable price for what I got and, went on my way with the pictures I'll add in a moment. They have a giant banquethall that is, to quote my Jr high girlfriend, "like totally tubular!". Attentive staff and a good selection of beers. Went for the Monday night steak special ($10). Steak was cooked just right, had... good seasoning, of course it was not a filet so keep that in mind. Place was EMPTY at 6p.m. Truly a hidden gem. Definately acool place to hang with the bros. Read more
