This is the only arbys ive ever been to that automatically puts red sauce on the sandwiches. I was told they could not give me... another one i was spoken to very rudely. It does not affect this workers pay to make me another one. They should put a sign upthat says if you forget to say you dont want something added we wont give you a refund or another sandwich. There were people eating in the lobby when I entered the store, but the cashier said the register quit working and the lobby was... now closed. The drive through register was still operating just fine but they didn?t even offer to take my order from inside thestore. Read more
The food was hot and fresh. I didn't have to wait long at all to get my order after I placed it. It seemed like the crew is... still in drive thru only mode as the dining room could have received a little attention with dirty tables and stuff on thefloor. Also the drink station could have used a wipe down and there were very few lids. The new burger was good but it was verywell done instead of the medium that the menu board made a point of mentioning. My 3 piec chicken meal was stale and tasteless. My husband loved jis Arby's roast beef sandwich. Service was fast. At least... two soda flavors were out/empty, but staff failed to put a sign on dispenser. Read more
