Hey Everyone, I?m sorry but 5 stars IS NOT ENOUGH to show how excellent their food is! 10+ maybe would be better! This place is... one of the absolute BEST BBQ places I have ever in my life eaten at! My family and I were not the only ones waiting for them toopen on a Sunday morning, oh no! I can honestly say it would be so worth any wait or drive many miles too! Impressed my son somuch, it?s now his #1 and best place as he said on the way back when we all are picking out teethe with an oral B tooth picker!Make sure you have that handy in your glove compartment cause you may need it! I was running a deficiency on vitamin P (pork). Luckily there was a Beast to provide the sustenance I needed to fix my... malnutrition. I stumbled into the restaurant and barely was able to place my order for a half slab, some candied bacon and aside of tater salad. My sight was fading and my ears were ringing when they brought my tray of vittles. That first bite ofcandied bacon helped me feel a bit better. Once I nibbled on my ribs, I began to feel rejuvenated. The salty ribs in contrastto the sweet bacon was a fantastic combo. The tater salad was the kind I like, not mustard based, more creamy. The sauces wereall so fantastic I spent the meal placing a different sauce on each succulent bite. The restaurant itself was quite clean andthe service was fantastic. I?d recommend you check out Beast for your own vitamin P (pork) deficiency?. They have a full menufor any other barbecue deficiencies you may be experiencing. Read more

Great lunch today at Beast. The burnt ends were great. Sometimes they run out of them but not today. Highly recommend the Mac n... cheese, too. Been to this place many times and have always had great service. Highly recommend this local gem! Read more
Best pork steak, anywhere. We called in an order at 7pm Saturday, and we?re able to pick it up by 730pm. The staff was nice,... offered us extra sauce and made suggestions for our next visit. I?ll be back for sure! Read more
Don?t waste your time with a sandwich - go right for the meat. The pork steak (yeah, I?d never heard of that before until we... came here) was u n b e l i e v a b l e. At 30oz, my husband and I ordered a plate to share the meat and two sides. The bacon macwas okay, and the fries were pretty good (salty, a bit overly greasy for my preferences). Something unique about this restaurantis the cola/soda options. They have Frosty and Ski and other unique and delicious options available. ONE complaint I have isthat they use compostable straws, which is great for the environment, however they are extremely fragile and aren?t kid-friendlyat all. So many reviews figured I?d have to try it but nothing to brag about personally. Got the pulled pork sandwich with the hickory... beans as a side. Wasn?t a huge fan of the off brand pops. Was skeptical of the mustang bbq sauce but keep gravitating towardit and finished off with it. Overall food was good but didn?t get a heavy smoke flavor. Prices are reasonable for a lunch meal. Phenomenal meats just a short drive from downtown, and let me tell you, the drive is well worth it. Everything on the menu is... well-flavored and balances well with the paired sides.
