No reason to call your order in. They will still only start the order when you get there and serve everyone that orders in front... of you. If they say 15 minutes plan on at least a half an hour before your order is ready. Read more

If I could I wouldn?t give any stars.. Very disappointed walked in with my 3 kids and husband today. we were the only ones... there. I asked for a gyro and was told they didn?t have any which we were ok with ordering something else. Mind you this is anArabic speaking family but little did they know I?m also Arab who speaks and understands it. I was very upset when the cookspoke out loud in Arabic I can ?hook one up? but the female at the desk was quick to answer No in arabic. Customer service is lacking. They are not very polite and are very inconsiderate with your time. When they get busy, they will... take your order that you called in, and won't start cooking it until you get there so you end up waiting still. A pure hole in the wall but I didn't go in there for the Ritz Carlton. I went for the food. I ordered the chicken and fish combo... it came with fries and a drink. This is Chicago style Chicken and fish meaning they throw lemon season on top for a zesty taste.Despite other reviews the staff was very nice on a Friday during the lunch hour.
