Never again.. I can put parmesan on a frozen pizza at home, and save 30 dollars
We ordered pizza for delivery which when it arrived was completely wrong. We called the store and spoke with Randy who demanded... we send the incorrect pizza back with the driver when they brought the new pizza. The driver thought we were insane when wetried to give him the original pizza so we ended up not sending it back. We heard nothing more about it until we called to orderpizza for delivery a few weeks later and were refused delivery because we "failed to complete the pizza swap." I've never heardof a pizza swap but we no longer order from this store thanks to Randy and his pizza swap. Read more
4 months later and still messed up.. once again forgot side of ranch.. I'm sorry but when I spend $17 for a salad and fries and... tip $5 but they still forget my side of ranch that I put on the order twice there's something wrong! Guess I'll try again in 4-6months which is sad cuz my son loves these fries and we used to order every 2 weeks. What a bummer Problems with this location!I swear if it werent close to my house for delivery i would never order here. How many times can one place give ya problemsomg! Update: GM was VERY nice when i called back. Fries had to be remade and side sauce was forgotten with my delivery. Butdelivery guy asked for the old fries back after the GM said to keep it or throw it away! So i had to dig out of trash!Wth! Ordered fries and sweet tea at 1120 for delivery. Est time by 1208! Call the store just now (1212) and lady is very rudebecause im checking on status of my order and she says "it told you 1208 and its only a couple of minutes past" like im hasslingher! I explain that i never get my order after and i have money sitting on my porch for contactless delivery and she tries totell me that orders always take an hour to and hour and 15 mins and that ny order of fries and aweet tea have nit even gone outyet! I ask her how much longer because my kids need to lay down for their nap soon and im told it should go out soon! Wow Read more
If you place a pickup order, be prepared to wait in a drive-thru. May as well get delivery if you want it warm. They also got my... order wrong and this is 2 times in a row. Oh well, 1 star is what it shall be. Read more
Don?t order here. I ordered online & picked up. They forgot a whole topping on my pizza. The manager told me I can either bring... the pizza back and swap for a new one but I lived 15 minutes away. He stated that he will apply a credit but never did. I calleda few days later to make a order with my suppose to be credit & of course he acted lost. He stated my phone number have nocredit. Last night I had my mom call in a carry out order,which I usually do, I even told her make sure was correct store she swore... was...it wasn't we pull in 30min later 2 pick up pizzas and told she ordered at the other Belleville store...of course LMAO, butthe man working the window pretty sure his name was Kevin, he put in our order for us and no lie not even 10min later to XLpizzas and our sides were ready for us. Talk about best fast food service EVER especially being carry out pizza. That mandeserves a raise! Hands down my favorite location. Read more
This location Imos has gotten very nasty, and customer service is HORRIBLE. The pizza I received wasnt cooked all the way... through.. soggy & runny & the chese was still white not cooked through. I spoke to a Tamara if thats even her real name she wasvery rude & difficult. If you want a good Imos pizza I would suggest going to St Louis. Do not order from here especially prepaybefore delivery. Forgot part of my order, and got upset i wanted it. When I went to get my food, i discovered the sandwich was smashed beyond... recognition and littered with bits of foil mixed in. The paper was also open on both ends, so it went straight on the floor. Iasked for a refund and was immediately sworn at, told off, and refused service for saying the food was inedible.
