Super expensive. Small servings. Food is... Okay. We were so disappointed in this place. We ordered a full Margarita Nachos.... Half was 14.00 a full is a 3.00 upcharge. 17.00 dollars for Nachos? Those better be the biggest and best nachos EVER. HEH. NOPE.(See pictures) The portion size was alarmingly small. I actually called the restaurant to see if they made a mistake. Nope. Iwas informed that those were the "full" order. What was a half order? 6 chips in sour cream? We also ordered Tacos De CarneAsada. 3 tiny tacos wrapped in foil. They were alright. We shared the nachos and the tacos and then had to find something tosnack on because apparently 50.00 of food at Margarita's Cantina in Belleville, IL only gets you two appetizers. Absolutelyridiculous. If you want Mexican food in Belleville, IL go to Mariachi's on 159. It's a few blocks from Margarita's, the qualityis at least as good (I think it's better than Margarita's) and with 50.00 a family of 3 will have leftovers. Margarita's is arip off and we will not be ordering from this place again. Again, so disappointed. Read more
The food was delicious, the service was fantastic, and the food came out super fast! Our server kept our drinks and salsa filled... the entire time we were there. The prices are very competitive with other local Mexican restaurants. Definitely recommend! Read more
When visiting family in the neighborhood we ate at Margaritas and it was delicious. Food selection was fantastic. Didn't take... long at all before we were eating. Everyone of us ate all of our food! I was very impressed. Read more
Not bad at all. I went here with my date. We had a wonderful time. Tortillas chips and salsa is on the house. The food was very... good. The front of the place is a bar which my date and I sat at. The atmosphere was nice with just the right amount ofambience. Staff are very busy but friendly and attentive. They have a stage for karaoke and I believe a little dancing area. Thebuilding is much bigger inside though. The bar is near the entrance but when I went to the back of the building for therestroom. I noticed the back of the restaurant is more like a apple bees-ish setup or so, very family oriented. It was very busyin the back but again a very nice atmosphere. It?s much better places to eat the last few times I?ve been we?re not the best service, language barrier, food was stale or just... plain not good. We went yesterday basically were forgot about. I order two beef enchiladas idk what that is. My moms sour creamwas watery really gross then the manager I guess didn?t appreciate that we didn?t like our food. Food was hot and very good and flavorful. Had the lunch special. Taquitos Belleville. Was spiced right, just right on the heat.
