The owner of this place may want to be present at this location. I?m fine with the 20 minute wait for a mcchicken, but the... screaming and cursing from your staff is excessive. For some reason, this McDonald's has gotten slower and slower over the past couple years. The once friendly staff have been... replaced by employees that seem annoyed you made an order. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up to the pick up windowand the employee is on their phone, engaged in some text conversation, and my food is sitting there, getting cold. I knowworking fast food is not glamorous, the pay is not great, and it's often a thankless job. But come on! Take pride in whateveryou do and be thankful you have a job. Read more
The facility is clean and looks state of the art. Very new drive thru screens and the inside is really modernized. The girl that... works there, I think her name is Millie, should be a manager if she isn?t already. Super kind, and she accommodated me very wellwith my order. I was impressed with how fast she was able to work under that lunch rush pressure. Read more
This McDonald's is hit or miss. Make sure to check your order before you leave as items are often left out. That said, the staff... is always friendly to me. They can be slow during the morning rush, so you might want to run in to get your order rather thangoing through the drive-thru. Read more
I am standing in the lobby after waiting 25 min at curb side. There are several others waiting also. 15 more minutes standing in... the lobby that's a total 40 mins. Manager could not be bothered to apologize. Although the cleark at the counter did and it wasnot even her fault. Read more
I usually only write reviews when something is particularly good or bad. My experience with McDonald's is usually pretty hit or... miss. I just had to comment about how welcoming and helpful Levi who took our order and payment was. This was definitely one ofmy better McDonald's experiences because of him. Read more

The people that have been working the drive-thru lately are very nice & polite & it's honestly is such a breath of fresh air ??... just hearing "Have a nice day!" after I'm given my food isn't a necessary part of the job, but just those few simple words havethe potential to positively impact people more than you might think.
