Drove thru after a 12 hour day, ordered big mac meal, double cheese, med fry. Got home and was missing double cheese. Came... back, lobby doors are locked, drive thru line was long, walked up to drive thru to ask for my missing burger, had to repeatmyself 3 times. They did bring the burger out to my car. Gave me the wrong order in the drive thru. I called to let them know that same morning. Promised to send me something in the... mail, took my address 2 weeks later nothing came. Called back, took my address again 4 weeks later nothing ????. So I calledagain after 6 weeks and I was offered any kind of recompenses for the delay or inconvenience. I was told "@ this point takingyour address would be pointless"... which was correct but it would've been nice to have been offered the opportunity to comeback to location and be properly taken care of. I got a crispy chicken sandwich combo. The fries and the soda were good and up to McDonald's standards, but the chicken sandwich... was the worst fast food sandwich I have ever had. Well I can't say the best things about this but the drive-through line was really long. And the people who are serving me were... kind of rude they had a little bit of too much attitude with me. But the food was amazing besides the other stuff it was areally good experience I would definitely go there again the food is really good. Especially the chicken nuggets go try them ifyou don't want to. Read more
I went through the drive through and the lady said order when ready. I started to look over the menu and she yelled in a very... unpleasant voice ORDER WHEN READY! I told her I was still looking at the menu. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Get to the windowand they are all staining me down through the window. I waited a good 5 minutes and they finally came to the window and asked meto pull forward to wait on my chicken. I waited 10 minutes and ended up backing up to the window they were upset and I waitedanother 5 minutes for gross burnt and soggy chicken. How can it be dark and soggy? I could not eat this. This was my favorite McDonald?s location for years when I lived in Belleville. Came to visit and stopped for dinner. This is now... the place to go if you have time to waste and money to burn. We asked to have our fried changed because they were cold and hadno salt on them. In return, after quite a wait, we received half full, cold and somehow still salt free fries. The filet o fishwere requested without cheese, which was also too grand a request. Eventually after half an hour, we gave up and paid for asecond meal at the Jimmy John?s across the street, wish we had just gone there to begin with. I hate to leave bad reviews butthis location is so abysmal, I decided to sit down and try calling the manager, and then contacted the McDonald?s head quartersand took pictures to write this review. At the end of the day, McDonald?s while supposedly cheap is not free and this locationwas a waste of half an hour and $27. Read more
Only gave 1 star because I had to. Manager was rude to customers and employees. People were leaving instead of ordering. Will... never return to this location. Worst one I've ever been to. Get smart and hire a new assistant manager. Your employees don'tmake enough to put up with that and she's costing you money. Read more
