Absolutely the best Rally's in Belleville. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Update. Upon my second visit... 10/06 to this particular Rallys, and anticipating some of those fries that i fell in love with on my previous visit, I'mbeginning to think that any order at ANY fast food restaurant that is prepared correctly is a happy mistake. My fries were limpor old. Either way the guy or girl that scooped the fries from the bin should have tested them and known that they wouldn't passquality control. Dont pass off old product to the consumer and hope that they won't notice or call (like I did). And the fishfilets sandwich was under cooked also. And what makes my blood boil is that i was told it'd be a wait on my order because thefish had just been put in the fryer. But most likely, i was waiting on the employee taking a cigarette brake on side of buildingbefore he prepared my order. This order was a 100% change for the worse from my first order. I thought that I had finallyfound a fast food restaurant that got every order right. I was WRONG. There is NO fast food employee(Manager or Crew members)worth more than minimum wage. Every time I come to this location it is a 15 minute white with 2 cars in the drive-through and and pretty often they tell you... the system is down come back in 15 minutes. What the hell kind of service is this. I mean look at the people working there! Read more
Literally the worst fast food place I've been in Illinois. I was greeted by a teenager clearly under the influence. She had... proceeded to mess up my order which is no biggy, it happens but then treats me very unprofessionally and proceeds to bedifficult through the entire process of getting my order right. I was highly disappointed with my food this last visit. I normally speak highly of this location. For years every single time I... ordered food from them it was FRESH & tasted great! However, my last visit was the complete opposite to the point I took my foodback for a refund. Idk if they have some new kids working there but they kept getting my order wrong along with another customerthat came back because they forgot something in her order. At this point I'm worried that they wont even get my order out. Ordered for a delivery through postmates, at 10:05 PM. Currently... still waiting on them to just hand out my food, went through 2 delivery drivers because one didnt want to wait. It is now 11:43and they close at 12 and our delivery driver ist still waiting there. $70. And that's rounding down and almost a two hour wait?Unacceptable. Read more
I have always loved Rally's. However I have had my last experience with Rally's. I was excited to try the candy bacon mother... cruncher chicken sandwich, after my second or third bite, wondering why it was chewy? I examined the sandwich and I had beeneating raw chicken. All in all it was a pleasant experience. The drive thru was pretty fast. The ordering process was just like almost every other... fast food restaurant. The person on the intercom was friendly and helpful. I order a chicken sandwich and fries. My husband gota double cheeseburger and fries. The food was hot and it wasn't burnt. The fries were cooked perfectly. Sometimes you get thosestale fries that taste like they were just dipped in hot oil again to heat them. Not here. Ive been here at least 4 times andhave yet to get cold food. Read more
