Great food. It?s fast and my food is always hot when I get it.
I waited in line for every bit of 15 minutes, and was greeted by a very unfriendly employee. They almost charged me for the... wrong order, and when I told them they had an attitude. Because the line took so long, my food was lukewarm. This isn't thefirst disappointing experience I've had at this location, it's really gone downhill since Covid. Read more
Food was fine but the employee was super rude. Not sure of her name, but it?s a relatively heavy set darker complexion black... lady. She had an extremely nasty attitude however the food really carried this experience because it was fresh! Read more
This place is so inconsistent. I always get the same thing which is an oreo blast with cheesecake added to it. Or I order it by... an oreo cheesecake blast. Either way I always get what I order for which is a blast. I go today and the lady tells me that theydon't have a blast like that they only have a shake. This was annoying all the way around because I know what I always get. Icontinued with the shake since she was sure I couldn't get it in a blast (which I always do). This place is inconsistent at best. A majority of the time they have ordering via the app disabled. Sometimes you can order and... you get your food hot and fresh and relatively quickly other times you can wait and wait for your food to arrive. It seems likethey only have one or 2 workers that are working hard and are just horribly understaffed or under helped. Read more
Horrible place. I usually love going to Sonic but the one in Belleville on Main St has to be as bad as it gets. The entire... location was filthy, equipment in disrepair, the food preparation and taste were both severely lacking in quality and don?t evenget me started on the rudeness of staff at the window. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker to order before finally giving up anddriving up to the window. I was then told the speaker was out of order however no signs were posted to alert anyone of that. Iwaited another 15minutes to get my order of a cheeseburger, corn dog, tater tots and a chocolate shake. The food was a mess, andthe shake was melted. It appeared my order had just been sitting there awhile before someone finally realized I was stillwaiting at the window. They just shoved it all out at me and slammed the window shut without so much as an apology orexplanation for the horrible service. After I pulled away from the window, I took a few bites of the food then just dumped itall in the garbage can. Horrible food. Horrible service. Never again. Read more
Food was burnt (corn dogs and chicken strips). Chili dog had very little chili and almost no cheese. Tried to call and the... number is a fax machine. Tried to call corporate and no one answered. Read more
What can one say? It's Sonic. Either one likes Sonic, or one doesn't. Order was prepared properly and promptly. Food was hot.... Wait staff was friendly and courteous. Only thing keeping this location from 5 stars is opening hours. Weekdays are fine - atleast when I get there. Weekends are variable - probably depending on staff availability. Read more
