Stopped eating here years ago bc of poor service and wrong food each time. Now I only doordash here and that has stopped also.... The system is magically always down and there is never anyone at the window. They need to go ahead and close this location down. Read more
Placed an online order. Still waited 45 minutes in the drive thru. The chips for the nachos were disgusting and they did not... omit some toppings I did not want. When we pulled up to the speaker the person on the other end stated they were short staffed.However there were at least 5 people there(2 of which were standing doing nothing) this taco bell has become mediocre the pastcouple months. Went through the drive-thru at about 6:50 PM on 12 Nov. 2022. Had a large 6 person dinner order. Got halfway into my orderand... they said they were out of Nacho Fries which was half my daughter's & wife's order and all of my sister-in-law's order. I had topull to the side to find out replacements. Pulled back around to order the new order only to be told their system was down andthey couldn't take orders. Being out of items, spending a half an hour in the drive-thru, and getting home to find your orderincorrect are all common occurrences at this location. Thankfully I remembered there was a Taco Bell in Caseyville so I wentthere and found they had everything I needed and was quick even with my large order. Read more
Will be my last time today going to this location. I'm over it. Never fails the workers that take your order simply act like... they have no patience and hate their life that they are there. I have never felt so u comfortable trying to order my food andbeing consistently cut off because I wasn't ordering fast enough after I sat there no one in front of me and empty parking lotfor a good 5 minutes before ever asked for my order. Then no receipt, food order is always wrong. But to be so verbally insultedwhile trying to get food is ridiculous. You can't tell me other workers don't see this. They all must be this way. Worst location.... Everytime I go here its something. One time it's... "oh were only taking Doordash or online orders". & this... last time... (After spending 15 mins in drive-thru waiting to order) it's, "oh were not taking any orders right now, we areshort staffed and running behind". I've ordered through the drive through and Door Dash at this particular Taco Bell dozens of times over the last two years.... They're not always perfect but until now I would argue serviceable. But tonight was a nightmare. We waited 40 minutes for foodthat was half extremely old and half under done. We did a pick up order and after twenty minutes of preparing your order' wecalled. Supposedly they didn't see our order. So we called Door dash, who then called the store. Suddenly they did see ourorder, and it was ready now. We pulled up to the window and they handed us most of our order and no drinks. After we asked, theymade our drinks and the rest of our order. Our hard tacos were melting from sitting in their own grease, and cold. While I hadto microwave my fresh quesadilla two minutes later when we got home, because they rushed it. This is hands down the worstexperience I have ever had at any restaurant. There's two sides to every story, we were there very late at night and I know it'sfar from an ideal shift or job; but you're being paid and it isn't a lot to ask you to make a few tacos within 15 minutes. Always an issue here. Whether their ?systems are down? or their fryer is broken. Today I didn?t get half of my stuff because... their fryer was broken. Called them to see if I could get a refund or just something else.. no help.. Read more
