Always has fresh food and nice staff
Store was clean, bathrooms were also clean. Oreo shakes were tasty. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. Wait time in line... was less than 30 seconds. Great place to stop before heading to DTW. Read more
The burgers were super salty and the fries were barely warm when I received my ordered food via doordash. I can understand the... fries being not at all hot. Don't understand the super salty burgers or the fact my pies were melted. Decided to give a secondchance and order was cancelled and my coupon eaten when driver got there despite ordering almost an hour before cutoff time.They get a two star for decent price and a hope that whatever is wrong over there gets swiftly fixed. Usually when we go through we don?t have issues, today idk who he was but super rude. They missed one of our nuggets and when we... asked for extra sauce he slammed the window in our face. Idk what his problem was or if he was having a bad day but all I wantedwas my chicken nuggets bro??????????? This the fast food place so you know what you are expecting from a taste standpoint. What is different about this Burger King... is that the place is clean and free from debris, the management and staff at this location go all out to try and make customexperience #1, and even freshly prepare food more frequently then normal Burger King's. Whilst the food doesn't immediately comeout it's a non-issue with everything good that this location does. Read more

If I could rate them a Zero and post this I would!!! I went to Burger King on Belleville Rd in Van Buren, Michigan tonight and... was treated rudely by an African American Male with long blonde braids down to his behind with no hair net and missing longnasty fake nails!!! I ordered two number one meals with cheese, no onions, cut in half. This rude thing had me repeat my orderthree times!!! Then gave me one meal and two drinks!! I asked where was my other meal at and his response was you only orderedone!! I said you had me repeat my order three times and gave me two drinks!! Why would I order one meal with two pops and payfor them??!!! This rude monstrosity yelled at me ?I?m doing a thousand things soooo booo oh well!!!? My husband was on the phoneand became upset. I asked for a refund immediately!! The other guy working with him had no hair net on either and his hair wasall over his head! But, he was apologetic. I told him it was not him. I got a refund because who wants food from something rudeand unkempt like that. When I asked for his name he said it didn?t matter because he?s not from that store so ?oh well!!? I willdefinitely be calling corporate and the health department about how rude and poor service was and failure to cover hair andthose unkempt nasty looking nails while fixing food!!
