After having come here for a week straight recently, I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite Dunkin? locations, and... usually I don?t think many can compete with the fast Chicago stores. I normally use the app to order ahead but when I go in, theemployees are always super friendly and accommodating. The gentleman and young lady who I?ve encountered are polite and alwaysworking to make sure my order is right and ready. The coffee comes out exactly how I imagined and tastes delicious. Food is good but service is deathly slow. Took at least 5 minutes to just be acknowledged in the drive through with only 2 cars... in front. Read more
The guy that always helps me is soooo super friendly! I love that first thing in the morning when I'm on my way to work.... Buuuttttt, sometimes when I order a large drink, they give me a medium. I'm not sure if I'm still paying for a large and they'regiving me a medium or what?! But there may be sometime of language barrier thing going on??? Maybe??? Either way, the macchiatoI get is made perfectly (as opposed to the yahoo's at the flat Rock dunkin) and the staff is super nice! Read more

I just ordered an chai vanilla latte iced and was given an iced coffee. No time to go back for my actual drink. Disappointed
Tried to go get coffee here and was told that they are not open as I watched someone walk out with a coffee in there hand and... sat for a few minutes just to see and sure enough someone went in and got coffee and doughnuts soo why was I turned away???? Read more
The last couple times I?ve gone there they didn?t have the so called coffee rolls I desire. In fact they only had two different... kinds of donuts for sale. It?s not like I?m showing up 20 minutes before close either, both times it was just after 1:00 p.m. I?m not sure how you call yourself Dunkin? Donuts when all you care about selling is coffee.
