This is my favorite restaurant in Belleville for lunch/dinner - their wraps are amazing and have such great variety! The staff... is very kind as well. Don't miss our on their fresh bread with garlic, it's so good! However, be careful if you order for pickup - once I ordered 4 wraps and only got 3, and then today I ordered 4 wraps and received all 4, but one was a salad wrapinstead of lamb with hummus wrap. Great food. Horrible service. Not busy at all. I paid cash and only was given a 10 and a 5 dollar bill back. You don’t do... that.I was a server in college. I hate to even complain, If the service was actually good. I would have definitely overtipped.Iwas never asked if my food was good and my water was never refilled. Food was ok and the staff was very helpful. I ordered the chicken shawarma salad for carry out and also some warm bread with the... garlic spread. I’ve eaten at several Mediterranean restaurants but usually in the Dearborn area and have my favorites but am willing to give... others a chance. Placed an online order while at work. Pick up time was great. I ordered quite a bit of food and one item beingthe sautéed cilantro and garlic wings. However when I received my order I had five hard fried plain chicken wings. I called therestaurant to ask if they sale what I ordered and was told yes. The person answered did state that they called me but was notable to reach me because they didn’t want to assume that I ordered wings with garlic and cilantro. They could have mentionedthis when I picked up my order. They do not have plain wings on their menu. And for $10.99 for 5 hard fried not so good wings, Icould have fried that myself. And one of the wings was only had a piece of skin on it. The person on the phone was notapologetic but sarcastic. Never offered to correct it. Needless to say, I would never go back based on the taste and service.Total waste of money. I will take the drive to Dearborn instead. Read more

Stopped in here after a trip to IKEA. Staff is friendly. Restaurant is clean. The bread is the best!!! Rice is yummy. Garlic is... so good. We got the Trio and the Salmon. Both were really good. Good size portions, especially for the salmon. Would come hereagain. Only recommendation would to make a smaller vegetarian sampler only because that's my favorite. Lol. Read more

I’ve been Vegan for 3 years now, and I wanted to enjoy a little vegetarian combo. Usually the grape leave are only filled with... rice & veggies...but this time they slipped me one with meat in it. Seeing as I haven’t had meat in a while, I knew my stomachwould hurt. I told my wife to call the restaurant on my behalf, because I was busy at work. They then denied that a mix up ofthat caliber could happen and and proceeded to challenge my wife as she explained to them what I’ve went through. In the end Iwas told I had to show proof of the then “spit-up” grape leave to even get a replacement, let alone a refund! To think Iwould be considered a liar, as a loyal customer for a year now is asinine. For a meal this cheap at only $11, it’s not worthlying about. I work hard and I just wanted what I ordered. This is by far one of the worst experiences of customer service Iever had in my life. Vegans beware. Read more
