Edit: Changed to one star shortly after reviewing. The man I explain below made one of the employees cry and exclaimed "Why are... you doing that? This is the real world, get used to it" And frankly it's making me consider going somewhere else to do my schoolwork despite how nice most of the employees have been. Treating people who are likely teenagers or seniors like this iscompletely unacceptable. My only complaint is a man who I can only assume is the owner or higher manager, he wasn't wearing auniform but was constantly angry. You could hear him from the dining room yelling at the other employees over small things,frankly they don't pay enough to deal with bosses like that. Otherwise, the employees are friendly and the public spaces arealways clean. Even the bathrooms, which I can appreciate. So I'm leaving 3 stars. If you're in management, consider treatingyour employees like humans, if for no other reason than it makes you look bad when yelling at someone over a misplaced largefry. Stopped here on Sunday for my sister to grab lunch. Placed a Carry out order and waited 30 minutes with no service. Her... boyfriend went in and the manager told him it was his fault they hadn't gotten the order out. Manager was ridiculously rude,staff was awesome other than the manager. Staff remade the food that had sat on the counter rather than being brought out forcurbside pickup. A trip that should have taken 10-15 minutes took an hour because improper management and manager losing hercool repeatedly on customers. Read more

All the other one star ratings are accurate. Stay away from this place at all costs. More times you will have some sort of issue... than not, whether it be the food being messed up or having to wait an hour for food because mobile ordering is down and none ofthe employees care to go inform those in the mobile order spots. I will gladly be driving a little bit further to the Romuluslocation from now on. Read more

Waited in line for over 10 minutes so we were expecting our food to be nice and fresh. Food was cold and the burgers were hard... like they had been sitting out all day. The fries tasted like straight oil like the fryer hadn't been changed in a very longtime. very nasty and very annoyed with this location.. Read more

So if prices are going to keep raising for the same product I at least expect the food to be warm. Instead I got a cheese burger... that was so cold the dog wouldn't even eat it. 8 nuggets (was suppose to be 10) that were like little hockey pucks, and friesthat were stone cold. The staff could care less about the people they serve. Avoid this place due to the lack of customerservice and lack of employees who care. Read more

We ordered curbside pickup and it seemed to be the best call as the drive-thru line was long. It didn't take long to get our... food, delivered with a friendly greeting to our car, and it was certainly fresh and hot. The only minor problem was that we gotapple juice instead of apple slices, but oh well, not a big deal. We used the facilities on our stop and they were relativelyclean and functioning, so it was a worthwhile stop. Because the area has lots of restaurant options, it's a good location tostop on the way through where you can find something for everyone. Read more

I left the satisfaction of my appetite in the Hands of Ronald. Here?s what I got today. What happened to the Quarter Pounder... Box? Stall fries with a fresh long line? Service was exceptionally quick however I?d rather have the pickle and onions on myBurger instead of fast service. I live an hour away and the Manager did offer to remake my order correctly. However I did nothave time so I will give 4 stars. They salt their fries the restaurant inside was clean and no one was rude about my compliant.Still, WE EXPECT ?Fast Food? to be fast and correct, the whole point is so that we don?t have to drive 17 minutes back. Visit was going quickly through the drive thru on our way to 5 stars. Unfortunately had to ask for my Large iced coffee. The... kid helping me said it is. I clearly pointed to the label. He asked his manager and he came to the window to tell me the cup onthe right is a large. I simply said you?re wrong and it?s clearly marked. Left in my picture is the iced coffee alwaysprovided?right is what they provided and clearly marked as a medium when it comes to an iced coffee. I won?t be back.
