The new manager is rude and does not understand what Customer service is. The sidewalks were covered in snow, there was not even... an attempt to clear the walkways or the parking lot. He does not know how to use the register. I used to go to that locationmultiple times per week and now I will drive a little further to handle my business. I'm not sure if it's lack of training or hejust doesn't care, but things were much better before the new manager took over!! Read more
The workers here deserve better management. On Friday there was only one person on register and one person in the kitchen area.... Two machines were down and the worker in the kitchen area had to deal with both the machines being down while register wasdrowning in customers. The manager was in the back not helping. When the manager got to the front she was upset that the kitchenarea employee couldn't help with register. The man was fixing machines himself. How was she gonna get upset with him for doinghis job while she was hiding in the back? These employees were super nice otherwise this place would get a one star because ofmanagement. Read more
Speedway ia my favourite gas station in many states. I visit this location very often and while I like the newly designed... building that offers many services including gas, fast food on the go at affordable prices etc I think the manager isn't asprofessional or friendly as it should be with cuatlmers. She looks serious and barely can smile. This location in my opiniondeserves better well skilled manager specially when dealing with different types of ppl. If it wasn't because of the manager Iwould give this location 5 stars but for now I think 2 is fair. Read more
Honestly I never stopped into speedway before but on Friday I gave it a shot & nothing will disappoint. The lobby was clean & it... was a cashiers birthday & she had to be the sweetest women I?ve ever met. She?s was friendly that if I ever need my spirtsuplifted I?m gonna go to this store. The prices for gas at this gas station are the all-around best. They have the best nachos that can be found at any gas station... and their hot dogs are top-notch as well. I'll definitely go back to Speedway Read more
Always Great! Clean store, employees friendly and happy. Speedy Cafe food is delicious, definitely NOT typical gas station food.... Gas prices are competitive. Seating inside is perfect for a quick bite and my kids love the outside patio with covered tables! Read more
