Website says open til 900 went in at 810 and they had everything packed up told me they were closed

Well lets see, sign says that they are open at 8am and here I am its 8:21 and the person still isnt set up and ready for... customers. And when I went up at first she was kind of rude saying oh I just got in so it will be 10-15 before im open. Thendon't have a sign that says your open at 8am unless you will be open at that time. I?m guessing the manager was training but he made myself and it seemed everyone else ordering uncomfortable... he could have... been a bit more patient with the sandwich makers and was being pretty patronizing to them. But the sandwich makers were pleasantand made the sandwiches I ordered correctly. I?m not great with names but I have had the best service in a long time!! She was really busy with regular work when I came in... staving.. she was sooo quick to get her work out of the way to give me the best sandwich and the sweetest smile!!! Thank you!! Worst manager ever. I bought a sweet onion chicken teriyaki foot long and I go to bite in to my sub and the chicken was frozen.... I went back up their and they offered to microwave the sub that has lettuce and cucumbers on it. Who heats up lettuce andcucumbers. The manager Melissa said she wouldn't make me a new one so I got my money back. How stupid I could have just boughtanother one. But they do not deserve the money ???????????? Read more
Omfg!! Worst Subway ever! There were customers standing waiting and no one behind the counter. A Walmart employee had to go in... the back and get them. One wasn't in uniform. The other comes out playing with her hair and goes over, puts on gloves, over hersuper long, aqua with silver glitter fingernails and proceeds to make our order. Makes half my husband's before ever asking if Iwant something too. Then..... She put nothing in the sandwiches!!! I will be calling corporate. Read more
Will never order here again. Customer service is horrible. The girl and probably father that work here, look at you and talk to... you very rudely. The girl mopes around and acts like she doesn?t care about your time or decency even though she?s getting paidto work there. The guy just pulled out his phone and started talking to someone while there was a line of customers and whenthey put the wrong sauce on my sub they eye rolled at me and made it a hassle to re make it. No wonder I stopped going tosubway. What happened to customer service values? Read more
