I was in line for about a half hour around 10 pm. The employee asked me to pull up so that she could inform the other cars that... they were going to take orders in a few minutes. About 10 minutes later I get to the window and they tell me that they are nottaking orders because of a shift change. Not only did they drop trays with food while I was at the window, they kept me waitingwith the promise of being able to order food only to wait a half hour and find out that they were NOT taking orders afterhaving stayed in line and also wasting my time. I was so happy to hear that Taco Bell was bringing back Mexican pizza. But what did they change? It doesn't taste the same. ... Speaking of bringing things back.. How about bringing back Dinning in. Ever try eating your Mexican pizza while sitting behindthe wheel of your car in the parking lot? While COVID isn't completely gone it is possible to protect the staff and thecustomers with simple sanitation practices. Read more
Taco Bell is open late again (3am) and this guy couldn't be happier. Good service, courtesy, efficiency, and a rather ambitious... window guy who showed disappointment that folks had the nerve to try Mickey D's when TB was ready and willing to make their latenight dreams of good food a reality... Wowwwww 6 small potatoes in this... not worth 2 bucks. So glad that all three of the spicy potato tacos came with a total of 15... small potatoes so glad I got that for dinner....... thanks taco bell for sucking not what I expected after demolition man. Read more
I understand them being short staffed but 22 min in line JUST to place my order & fact that drive thru is surrounded by concrete... meant I couldn't leave the line once the wait was too long, it then took an additional 11 minutes to get my food at the window.I'm sorry but 34 minutes is NOT fast food. When I politely asked the drive thru person if there was anything they could do forkeeping me hostage in line for 20 min, she said "no" with no further response. Food was lukewarm at best. This is absolutely disgusting! Not to mention, I didn?t get my food I ordered. An entire meal I paid for wasn?t in my bag... (chicken chalupa meal) So let?s do the math?. You didn?t give me my order (the food I ordered for myself) and the part of theorder you DID give me is in the bottom of the bag tossed around in receipts and wrappers that touch counters and hands. Iordered two power bowls and nachos as well, which were literally empty & on the bottom of the bowl. I wish I would?ve takenpictures before I threw them out. 40 dollars in the trash. Read more
