I stopped at this Tim Hortons on my way to pick my sister up from the airport. Not only were they super slow, but when I got to... the window she didn?t confirm my order and then overcharged me. Once I said it wasn?t my order, she then refunded my card forthe wrong order and RECHARGED me for my order. Which might I add, was $3. Terrible customer service. I worked for Tim Hortonsfor 3 years, and that was just not how that should have been handled. Read more
Received my order after having to place it twice cause the first dasher had taken it & not dropped it off, second one had a... cockroach in it, gave me a heart attack cause it tasted like chemicals & I thought it was plastic. I had my mom call the store(I?m 17) & they like didn?t care. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Read more
Service was terrible, I asked for combo meal and the person running the drive through only put a sandwich down i corrected her... at that point and she got an attitude and told me to settle down. I wasnt upset. I got to the window and there was no hashbrown. I asked the person running the window because i asked for a meal. The person who took my order walked up to the windowand proceeded to yell at me and berate me as if this was my fault. Not only that but she messed up my coffee order. Thoroughlydisappointed in the service and getting berated before 8 am is a terrible way to start the morning. And it was not the firsttime I've had issues with this person at this location. Read more
I want to preface this with I usually don?t complain, I work in the service industry and deal with customers all the time and... right now I know that places are having a hard time staffing people. But today I went to get my boyfriend and I some coffee andsnacks and when I approached the drive through window there was a younger girl working and she kept giving me side eyed glares,had a bad attitude, and did not make me feel comfortable. When I asked for a straw because they had forgotten to give me onewith my coffee it seemed like I was being a nuisance to her. I remained polite because I get everyone has their off days and Idon?t know what?s going on in others personal lives but I was just really bothered by the fact that I was treated like this. Ijust feel that if you?re going to be working the window or register you should at least have a good attitude . Because of thisencounter today I will not be returning back to this location :/ I also only received 16 Tim bits in my 20 pack but because ofthe young lady at the window I did not bother to circle around. We stopped by this Tim Hortons ( inside gas station). According to the website hours of operation, and the hours at the door... they close at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, well they were closed at 7:15. I went inside to check, and the place smelld bad. Pleaserespect your customers and post the correct hours of operation. I can't give A feed back for service and food, I didn't get achance to try it. It's a no for me. Like who is this smart to stack donuts together with the frostings touching. You had to go out of your way to... flip that donut upside down. Do better please. I don't have time for Timmy Hos to be screwing up my life this much. Read more
In a run down gas station. Average service at best, OK food. Probably wouldn't go back to this one
