I have ordered from here twice and both times the pizza has been excellent. By far my new favorite non-chain pizza place

I?ll start off by saying I do live 15 min away so when I got home it was room temperature? maybe a little bit warmer. I ordered... half cheese half pepperoni and half sausage half bacon. Some positives are the order was correct, the wings were good and crispyand the cheese bread was demolished by the kids. Very disappointed in there customer service. Ordered a pizza through Slice like always with half pepperoni since eating meat... makes me extremely ill. The pizza was delivered with pepperoni on the entire thing. Called to get the situation rectified andMike the owner told me it wasn?t his problem that I had to call slice. I explain that I have a receipt that shows half pepperonihe says a Tornado?s receipt? I say no your driver didn?t give me one. He says they only give you a receipt if you ask. Ok thenMike how would I have a receipt then? He refuses to help saying it?s not his problem. I call Slice and explain the situationthey say they have to call Tornadoes! They come back and say the store offered to remake the pizza or Slice can give me arefund. I explain I don?t want a pizza from a place that makes a paying customer jump through hoops to get what they ordered andthat I would no longer be doing business with Tornadoes. They tell me please hold they have to talk to the store. They come backthank me for being a Slice customer and give me a refund. As I finished up my call with Slice Mike calls me offering to remakemy pizza if I want to pick it up or if I want it delivered ?it will be a while? I explain too little too late and I don?t wanthis pizza. I thank him for his lack of customer service and hang up. Sorry Mike you just lost a long time customer. Not tomention that in the last year the quality of pizza has went from great to more like a hot n ready or a store bought frozenpizza. Never again Mike, never again. Read more

The food here is delicious. I have tried the pizza and I think that is great but I agree with other people that it is thin and... not a ton of food for the price you pay. I usually get the cheese bread which is a good amount of food and is delicious. I thinkthe cheese bread and the ranch here taste amazing and this is why I am a long term customer. It is one of the tastiest cheesebread I have had in the area. It looks a lot like hungry howies pizza's cheese bread but tastes way better in my opinion. Ibelieve the prices have gone up twice in the last year definitely at least once but possibly twice on the medium and largecheese bread. So, it is getting to the point where buying it will be too much of a luxury for me. The prices are not the bestand I understand inflation and having to compete with other pizza places and growing ingredient prices but the prices for thingsare getting ridiculous. I recently got delivery, my pizza was here very quickly and the delivery driver was very nice and goodat her job. I would continue to go here as it is also extremely close to my home. It does seem like some of the quality hasslipped or is continuing to slip over time so I don't know if that is due to new management. I know that there has been newpeople that work there and continue to work there so maybe that has to do with new management or maybe that is just unrelated. Ilike the food and I can't necessarily talk about some of the other stuff that the reviewers talk about because I have not triedthe salad or anything other than the pizza and cheese bread from them. I would recommend this place at least once and if it endsup not living up to your experience than you could decide not to go back. The cheese bread with ranch is definitely my favoritething to get from here. The marinara sauce is not very good and tastes very watery so skip the marinara and get the ranch. Read more

Ate here while waiting for my son's baseball practice down the road. Lasagna was decent the first time, but included salad had... brown lettuce. Could use some quality control. 2nd time ordered a small cheese pizza. I can agree with other reviews, there wasvirtually no sauce, just bread and cheese, poorly cut, and dry. For some, that maybe exactly what you're looking for. However,for me, it was unfortunately bland and a bit small. I can't believe in saying this, but I enjoy Little Caesars better. Took them way too long to deliver. My bread was very poorly cut I had to put it on a cutting board in order to take a slice. I... requested a specific driver and when my pizza arrived the delivery guy said that they purposely did not send him. I wanted totip my friend well and they held out on him which I think is messed up. Pizza is high school quality i have had it 3 times sofar and the pizza dough is very tough and just cheap tasting. Btw they say they have a flavored crust but I swear if they put iton it does not have the "flavor" part because I swear I do not taste a thing. I guess you get what you pay for because it's notoverpriced. We will not be ordering here anymore tho sadly- I'm pretty sure their dough is frozen. It is like tough andstretchy, and there is like zero sauce on their pizzas- seriously i tore apart 2 slices into small pieces on a quest for sauceand it's just bread and cheese. There is absolutely zero sauce on this pizza. Definitely bargain quality food, do not expect toenjoy your food as much as you think you will. Is what it is.
