This used to be my favorite pizzeria. They were spot-on with everything they couldn't make a bad meal their pizza was delicious... oh, their food was fantastic I don't know if they changed ownership but everything is a disgrace if I could give this 0 zerohave. I would have them multiple chances to see if it maybe it was just an off day. Perfect example today the pizzas Bland Iasked for 3 chicken fingers and fries with that they sent me and charge me for an extra fries and only sent two chicken fingersthis is not the way to do business I will never order from them again. I tell them I work in an office and I'm never given anypaper plates or cups when I order food. Pizza's is ice cold and soda is warm. Read more
I just want to voice that this was the most disgusting ???? hero ever bought. It had no mayo as instructed, in addition, the... bread was old and tasted horrible where it crumbled in pieces from the first bite. I asked for oil and vinegar on the side andthe smart cook gave me balsamic vinegar. What a waste of my time, money and gas going to pick up old garbage. Pizzas here areokay, do not order a hero here. I ordered a Palermo Square Pizza a few months ago and it was the worst pizza I ever had. The crust was like a soft dinner roll.... It was like they ran out of pizza dough and used bread dough. I gave them another chance recently because I was ordering pasta not pizza. The guy who answered the phone didn't know what was on the menu. He put me on hold about four times for afew minutes each time. I tried to order cavitelli and he said they didn't carry it!! I tried to tell him it was on the menubut he didn't believe me. Please be careful with online orders. I ordered Large Grilled chicken Alfredo pizza and Large Cheese Pizza. Both came cold ,... second time warmed up, No Alfredo sauce. When I called with a complaint, I heard that these pizzas should look like this Neverever again this place!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more

Like many comments on here I agree this USED to be a go to spot but, this was the third mishap and it's time to just accept that... it's just not good anymore. 4 slices out of my pie were just not consumable. I immediately called and was told to wait for 4slices to be delivered and that took over 30 minutes. No apology, nothing to fix this, no refund...absolutely nothing.
