Always busy place , the workers there are nice and friendly but they are not enough for the place. Its not their faults to be... honest , the waiting sometimes go for 20-25 mins , sometimes No wait at all , so it depends on the crowd , but overall the placeis in good spot , with nice workers and clean space . I used the app to order our meal. When we arrived, I click the ?I?m already here button?. then it showed they are preparing our... order already, I even saw in their monitor our order number.We waited for long time to find out , no one knew about our orderand they said it?s not in their system? This has to be the best McDonald?s I?ve gone to, friendly service, food is cook well, and pretty fast for a Sunday evening.
I decided to stop by McDonald?s on my ride home because i hadn?t eaten all day, only to get home and find out that they forgot... to put the meat in my cheeseburgers. Then when I called them to tell them about it, they asked me to come back to the storewhich is 20 minutes away! This is terrible customer service and they should?ve been able to accommodate my refund or void thetransaction over the phone. Then had the nerve to say they needed my receipt when the literally told me after I paid that theydon?t have receipts. This is ridiculous! I asked for a plain double cheeseburger and I was given a plain double burger. After I was halfway home I realized it and had to... come back. The lady that attended me said well ma?am you did ask for a plain double cheeseburger. I told her you just said it Isaid plain double cheeseburger. She gave me an attitude and told me next time be more specific. How more specific can I be whenI clearly said it cheese. Then walks away with an attitude. Like come on are you serious. Just once I?d like to go to this McDs and not get fries and nuggets that have been sitting around for 7 hours and thrown back in... the frier to make them seem fresh. That doesn?t work. Its disgusting. Typical McDs where the food you get looks nothing like thefood on the menu. And with the prices we pay these days you?d figure they would give us fresh food. Then they wanna fight you onhow many bbq sauce you can have as if 1 sauce for a 6 piece is enough. I wouldn?t mind paying for them but they tell you theycan?t do it. Also, napkins would be nice. Lastly this place needs management that can actually manage and supervise because I?msure the quality of the food is due to the hangout the employees have going on.
