Be careful eating food from this location. I reported an incident of food poisoning to a few managers and despite the fact that... I offered information that would show why it was contracted at this place they chose to completely dismiss my complaint. Theydid offer to review the info however never shared where to have the info sent. Seems like they just don't care whether theyhave a problem or not. I understood their claim that no one else reported an incident however that may simply have meant thatno one cared to report it or wasn't completely confident they contracted the illness from eating food from there. I plan to alsoreport the incident to the NJ health dept so they can hopefully conduct an investigation and prevent another occurrence. Read more

Place was very clean. The staff were so pleasant, very nice. I got the Hushpuppy coated shrimp. They ler me try one first... because I was concerned if they were too spicy for me. They were a little spicy but not over powering. They were absolutelydelicious! I can't wait to go back again! Read more
Pickup order wasn't ready in time. Showing up for pickup is apparently the time they START packing the order AND THEN realizing... there isn't enough chicken...the chicken they had tasted old as well. The parking lot for this area is terribly small anddangerous. It is NOT easy picking up an order from this location because there is never any parking and then even if you justleave your car outside for a bit that is impossible because they make you wait 20 minutes for an order they should of hadready. Also the biscuit memes where "giving someone a biscuit from Popeyes without a drink is attempted murder" is true. Thebiscuits are terribly dry and 5/6 of the biscuits received were immediately trashed. Read more
Love Popeyes but this store is very Ghetto and unprofessional. One worker was in the store screaming about workers and managers.... Cursing so much you heard her outside the store. It was really bad. Then you had another girl in a black shirt talking about whoshe is not scheduling (hope this wasn?t a manager). Just really bad people were looking- just a very bad look. Read more
I always go here because their food is good.The only problem is everytime I come ,my order always miss something.If I order and... pay for 12 chicken I expect to get 12 not 10 not 9.one time cashier even had the nerve to ask me if I ate it.I?m not coming backfrom home if I order 12. And see only 9.Today is another experience I ordered and paid spicy chicken combo with fries.didn?t getfries and charge me $3.49 for the side of mashed potato for my 3 piece combo.Like seriously! Some of the best fried chicken in town at this well managed busy, but clean friendly resturant. Here I ordered the family 9 PC... with 2 sides..mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. Team belleville that?s all I can say, not only do they have great food, the team they have to be the best around. Friendly and... very helpful, I?ve seen some customers complain and even when they do the staff stays calm get them what they need and at timeseven offer something more for coming back and the customer would leave happy from when they came in.
