Went to get some lunch with my wife went inside with Coupon ..first the girl wasn't Very pleasant then she said we have no ice... for your drink ?then when i asked for some lids she said i told you we have no ice i turn around and said i need lids.,got inthe car to eat and the food was cold very Disappoint in there Customer service. Food was ok other then the fact that my husband and I seen the vehicle in front of us in the drive through being giving a dog... treat from the managers hands into a dogs mouth .... we confronted the manager and he understood that it was wrong anddiscusting... due to this we wont be back Read more

Hadn't eaten at an Arby's for over 20 years due to an interesting experience working at this particular location for about a... week when I was a teenager. Wife recently wanted to eat here and I gave in as a happy wife = a happy life. The food here isactually really good and the wife/kids are really happy when it's brought home. That being said, the staff here seemdisinterested in the customers. My interactions with them at the drive-through window are usually extremely curt. Items arehanded out, the window closes and that's that. No "thank you", no nothing really. Read more
