We were in Belleville for the day and wanted to try a local restaurant. No regrets on choosing Chuck's. $25 for surf and turf is... a great deal and we both ordered it, along with the calamari and a side of their Caesar salad to start. We started eatingbefore I remembered to take photos so you can't tell that the salad was heaping and there was more calamari than what you see inthe photo. Calamari was cooked to a crisp but I like it that way. Sirloin was cooked exactly the way we asked and my bakedpotato was good too with a good amount of sour cream. The corn was way overdone but ate it anyway. If I've got lobster anythingin front of me you can guarantee I'm going to get every bit of lobster meat out of there. I appreciated the extra napkins andwet wipes that our server, Angela, brought over when she saw me and my overzealousness. Overall we really enjoyed our meal andthought it was really good value. Would have tried the ice cream but was too full. Noticed the Honest to Goodness fee on themenu and on the bill and curious about what that was for. It's small and because we were satisfied I didn't mind paying it but Ithink it should be made clear exactly what it's about. The general public understands that times are tough, especially forrestaurants, and would be understanding as long as you're up front about it. Waitress was nice but never came to check on us. Everyone at my table was served after an hour of waiting for our food except... for my sister. My sisters food never came so we asked if they had forgotten her food and sure enough they did. Food didn?t tastethat great , we ordered spinach dip but the pita bread was as hard as rock , rib eye steak ordered medium rare , cooked welldone .Hostesses we?re on their phones and leaning against the motorcycle at the front.When we got our bill thought it will becompensated a bit but nothing was . We went in just at shift change and were asked if 15 mins was ok. We said sure and were seated with drink in about 3 minutes.... Ordered apps and dinner and apps were on the table and few minutes later dinner. 15 minute wait was NOT a wait we were seateddrinks and food in under 15 minutes. Great friendly staff A++++ Read more

Service was great but as for the rest of it not so much. Baked potatoes came out cold and wouldn't even melt the butter put on... them by the kitchen staff. They were taken back and microwaved with the sour cream on. Not great. They added an extra fee on thebill and couldn't explain why it was there. I have contacted head office and I had a quick reply saying someone would contact mebut as of now nobody has. Other locations may be great but I do not recommend this location. Read more

If I can describe the dining experience at this place in one word it is ? WOWW!! ? The ambiance, the food, the service and... value for money is top notch! Food was very fresh and served hot. Service was good as well. I am upset that the Cowboy Steak is off the menu, I know I can get... mushrooms and BBQ added, but not the same.
