Ordered a gravy lovers sandwich? came with no gravy. Is that not the whole point??? The gravy? How do you miss that?
DISGUSTING. Me and my gf went in, got our drinks and when we went to the machine, there was fruit flies ALL over. We then picked... a table, it was completely sticky with something on it, we waited about 15 minutes for our food, they were laughing, talking,not even bothered to make the food. We have left now, and it?s been 15 minutes, both of our stomachs hurt from the food, and mygf?s ready to throw up. We don?t recommend coming here, ever. Read more
High disappointed i order a combo Seriously they made a burger without a hand gloves even they knows covid is going on For my... safety purposes I politely asked that person making my food with out gloves and she said in casual way ?that is not compulsoryto wear a gloves as we did sanitize our hand ? and i saw that the guy remove gloves and after he making my food with out glovesand with out sensitized so i wan to take an attention on this issue by owner and please resolve it As its a safety matter Read more
The food is what you've come to expect from KFC but the service and on line menu are a little difficult to navigate through..... was not my favorite KFC experience, but still love the food Read more
Horrible service, ordered skip the dishes and kfc gave me less than what I ordered and when I called she said nothing she can do... other than maybe give me a small credit I'd have to go pick up. Upon stating I don't drive and can't pick it up she said nothingshe can do she will not pay another courier to bring me the food they forgot to give me. When I asked for a full refund she saidno maybe ask skip if they will? Even tho they did nothing wrong they simply delivered the food they were given. Wife wanted popcorn chicken, so in the car off to get a meal deal. Arrive at the mic place our order. Young lad who took our... order is the whole reason this got 5 stars! Polite, Quick, made sure the order was taken correctly. My wife doesn't likecarbonated drinks, asked for iced tea. He very quickly and immediately suggested lemonade, re spoke out entire order clarifyingmeal size. We waited a bit but once the very large order ahead of us was completed we were quickly through. Everything was Hot,well packaged. Tasted great! Thank you. Especially to the young lad at the window around 6pm! Good job 5 stars! Give yourselvesa pat on the back. The most disgustingly dirty restaurant I've ever been in. The bathrooms smelled and looked like they haven't been cleaned in... months. The gardens outside had weeds taller than I am and were completely overrun. The tables looked like they get wiped aboutonce a week if that. I was appalled. Will never go back and will be reluctant to go to any of the chain locations in future. Read more
Too slow to be worth it. 15 minutes wait to order and then 15 minutes wait after for the food as they needed to make a fresh... batch. The restaurant didn't anticipate that they would be selling large amounts of chicken at a fried chicken restaurantsduring a weekday around 6: 00pm.... pretty clear what's happening is they've been told not to make batches too large in order totry to save money and not have as much waste. Without any regard for customer wait time which is the point of fast food. Apartfrom some prep time I could make my own fried chicken for that amount of time. We will not be returning to this locationanymore. The only reason that you got two stars is the initial order taker was very polite. That's it. Read more
