Was charged 2x for a meal from a new $25 gift card. Meal cost $10.15 and the cashier asked me to double swipe, said it didn't... take? then told me I had $4.70 left on card. I said this isn't correct. Cashier asked for assistance, (Manager??) I said justgive me a $10 gift card, but she said " FOR WHAT". This is the second time I was ripped off at this location. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant! While I understand they were very busy it is no excuse to... forget an order. The shift manager was rude when after 15 minutes I asked if my order was forgotten and continued to serve othercustomers instead of finishing my order. Then made a snide remark when she gave it to me. Just to be clear customers thatarrived 10 minutes after me and ordered the same as me were served before me within minutes of placing their order. I expectcoffee orders etc to be served first but this was beyond that and it was not the only customer this happened to!!!! Read more
Couple days ago I bought a meal and the fries were so burnt that when I tried eating one it broke my tooth. All the McDonalds in... this town are down right brutal. The person that take my orders are usually really nice, but thats the only positive thing aboutgoing here. Read more

I took my grandkids in yesterday for dinner. My husband and I ordered and went to sit down with the kids and every single table... was dirty. Food and garbage was all over and under the tables. We washed the table with the vinegar pack we asked for and anapkin. The ketchup was empty, cup lids every where, the play area looks as if someone spilled a large coke all over theentrance way. Seems like it was there for a week or more. It smelled so bad inside the pay area others we?re leaving as wellbecause of becoming nauseous for the smell and dirt. The outside garbage can was so full people were leaving garbage on andbeside the can. I took pictures and think this place should be closed and cleaned top to bottom. This location is honestly the worst location I have ever been to. It started when we were told we had to leave because the store... was closed. When we left and the 15 others left we all had to drive thru. The fries were not salted the nuggets were hard andold and we didn't even get the sauce that we ordered. They need to reevaluate their open times it was a Monday night. Maybe stayopen till midnight in the lobby. A big disappointment the swing manager who kicked us out did that he didn't ask us to leave butkicked us out. Read more
Apparently to the N. FRONT location this is okay. Couldn't offer a proper apology. This location took over 10 days to send me a... generic email. No personalization, or real concern. My 11 year old refuses to go back, this was her breakfast. There are waybetter fast food places on Belleville. Read more
