One word ...Pathetic ???? The photo is 1000 words. Is this a joke McDonalds. Who trains the staff this type of service? I... ordered a coffee, it takes you 15 minutes to get one car from the speaker to window. That's over 3 minutes a car at thewindow. Your staff hand me a coffee with a lid not on, and clearly watch the cup on coffee drop into the cup holder and spilleverywhere. Did she think to apologize? Did she consider to offer napkins. Nothing.. I have to wave her down to ask for napkinswhich are ignorantly passed to me and then she speeds off. Do you clearly see the electronics that your coffee is smothering.It cost money to fix. Did you know it took me A LOT LONGER to clean up that mess then it would of taken your employee to putthe lid on correctly. You wonder why people are on edge constantly. You expect to be treated with respect to do a job withexpectations you cannot meet, you expect the paying customer to take consideration for your mistakes when your staff neglect totake responsibility for their actions. Incompetent workers. Nothing fast about them. 90% of the time I Have to pull up and wait in the parking lot for food after going... through the drive thru. Just ordered two mccrispies and two cheeseburger combos. Get home and open the bag and they didn?t giveuse the cheeseburgers. Don?t go here. They. Are. Useless. Was better 5 years ago. Do you think they could actually serve you at the drive-through window? Instead of making you pull over and wait at the side.. I... don't have time for this every time you go through a drive-through. Today I actually paid and left without my food because Ijust don't have the time to sit. It is a lunch hour food should be relatively ready you ready or they could let you wait at thewindow and bring it to you. This whole going somewhere else to wait is c***. I'm sure they get a lot of extra income for peoplethat just aren't willing to wait. Wow! These guys are fast! My happy meal handle broke and spilt my fries all over the floor. I told the staff. I waited less than... a minute I had new fries and as I was walking out the door the mess was being cleaned. Food was awesome, its Mc Donald's.Service was better than the food! Seriously fast friendly and awesome! One of my favorite stores to visit( I've go from Ontarioto BC) food is always similar but the service here is amazing! Read more
I ordered 2 everything BELT bagel meals. I got attitude at the window and when I got home the bagels were plain bagels with no... lettuce. I checked my receipt and it was definitely supposed to be everything bagels and they should have lettuce. I'm sodisappointed with this location. Read more
