I had a milkshake and tasted terrible, really artificial flavor. It melted in 5min. Don't recommend this place!

I went inside this establishment and there were two men sitting at a table. One of them said "sorry, we're closed, ignore the... 'OPEN' sign". It was 1:30 in the afternoon. There's a big neon sign that says OPEN and the door was unlocked, so I felt it was areasonable option to enter this Menchie's location for some of their delicious frozen yogurt. Looks like I'm out of luck fortoday. So if your ever about to go into Menchie's Belleville location, just remember that if the 'Open' sign is on and the dooris unlocked, they are closed so you might as well turn around and go home. Excellent customer service, great product , nice and clean environment.
Everything is great except quarter of the sorbets are low or out. Maybe it should be already there before it's all gone at low... light? I tried pressing for yogurt but liquid just pops out. Found a dead fly in one of the toppings. I told the worker and shewondered why I wanted a new cup even though I had the same topping with the fly. Read more
Love it... but confused if they are still open. Popped by several times during their listed open hours, and closed each time.... Nothing in the window to indicate why, kids were disappointed. Read more
