I have not been to Montana's for a few years. I was very impressed with the food. I ordered fish and chips. If you like fish and... chips I recommend it. Delicious. The portion size is quite large, I ordered 2 pieces of fish and it was too much for me to eat.But if you have a hearty appetite I believe this would be well worth it. Read more

Went tonight with a friend who has a serious fish allergy. The server took it very seriously and immediately got the manager... involved. He was extremely pleasant and understanding about it. The staff all went above and beyond to accommodate her. Bothserver and manager were constantly coming back and checking up on us. The level of customer service was beyond amazing. Service was slow. Seems they are understaffed. With 1 bartender working, a Caesar cocktail took a very long time to be made and... when it arrived, it was bland with very little seasoning. Very disappointing. We decided to order beer after that, and even thattook over 20 minutes to be served. The food also took a very long time to arrive. We asked that our appetizer come out with ourmain course, but because it took so long, the server gave us our wings first, which we appreciated. However, when serving ashared appetizer, side plates should be distributed without asking. We were so hungry, we just ate the wings over the table.When our main course finally arrived, for the most part it was delicious, which is why we love the Montana’s franchise, butsometimes it’s the little things that go a long way. We had ordered baked potatoes with sour cream and chives and no chiveswere to be found. We had to ask for it on the side and on top of that the server kept forgetting things like our pop/soda,napkins, wet wipes etc, which caused them to have to go back and forth.
