Service is great, prices are average & it's clean. Only issue I have is the grill is not hot enough. Cheese isn't even warm.... Just puts lite lines on the sub. Needs to be hotter, will ask for it to be done twice next time. Read more
Tonight was the second time that I?ve been to this Mr. sub. Both times the bread was stale. Once I could see as may be an... accident, but two times means they probably don?t throw out their old bread at all. I?ll never eat here again. Read more
Great place to eat.delicious subs at a good price.
Worst experience. I wait almost 30 minutes to get my sub just because lack of staff members. I felt so bad when only one worker... was serving all the customers during their closing time. Owner should pay attention about this part. Read more
I agree with the last guy about the reviews being fake. This location just overcharged me and refused to give a refund. Being a... student i tried to get the spc deal and was told A) the deal only applies if you get a bottle B) otherwise you get a dollaroff C) no deal if you get a 6inch Completely out of line from what the deal is in the spc app. Ok so I got the foot long tosave a dollar and I asked for the receipt. First the girl working did not want to give it to me but after being persistent shedid. I noticed she overcharged me. My combo was for 2 cookies + a drink for $2.59. She charged me $1.59 for the can, $1.49 forthe cookies. THEN gave me a dollar off for a total savings of 50 cents. I asked for my 50 cents back and the storerefused. Cookies were stale, sub was bare. I will not go back. Sad part is they know they?re ripping you off.. when Iconfronted them they started talking in Punjabi not realizing that I understood every word. They were explaining what was done,what I was complaining about and how to try to make a fool out of me What is really sad is I boycotted this place due to staffnot following hygenic practices (tying back hair/having a net for beards etc) after finding hair in my sub. Though I did nothave hair in my sub this time, this experience and the absolute lack of the restaurant caring about their intentional mistakehas turned me off the mr Sub brand as a whole. Priceless line from the staff: ?Vat? You are wanting both combo discount anddollar off sub?!?!? Yes... this is how its supposed to be. Then I show the promotion details and they go quiet. 2 minuteslater they try convincing me how the additional charge is tax and how The charges are valid. You guys can decide. I?ll post myreceipt Sad to say but is subway the only honest sub left in town? At participating locations... if you want to participatethen participate, don?t bs your customers. I?m visiting Two girls there, one had her uniform on, the other didn?t. In the time that it took for my sandwiches to be. .... .?made?, the other girl with her uniform on had completed other sandwiches and was attending to other tasks in themeantime. The one without a uniform needs to be retrained, or needs someone to carefully guide her because she cut my breadlike she was in an emergency surgery and only had child safety scissors as her scalpel. Not to mention the clear instruction ofwhich breads I wanted went in one ear and out the other. Twenty minutes for squished bread like she was fighting for her lifeas she was wrapping it. She got lapped with other orders as she was tending to mine. Overall, not a great visit and left much tobe desired. Read more
